It is perfect for both casual meetups, a shopping break, or a quick cup of coffee. The baristas are very helpful and friendly. Ralph's Cafe has a selection of pastries, drinks, soft serve, and coffee, which will leave you satisfied.Parking: Mall parking available. I recommend parking near Macy's.

Every time I go to Ralph’s coffee, I am greeted by the friendliest staff! They always have a smile on their face and are pleased to serve me. The coffee is absolutely delicious every time, best in the mall and even in south Florida. I go to get a Ralph’s coffee most days of the week regardless of if I’m shopping in the mall or not. 11/10 would definitely recommend Ralph’s coffee to everyone!

The place is nice in the center of the Mall, the service is warm but the food options are limited… they only had 3 types of desserts, coffee, chocolate and iced

They charge $8.12 for a tiny soft serve ice cream with chocolate. As soon as he handed me the ice cream my 5 year old dropped it. The woman cashier said oh and handed me paper towels to clean it up. She didnt even offer to give me another one. I said to the gentleman who made it that my daughter dropped it and he said ok. He proceeded to give me another one but he didnt even fill It up. I know it's frustrating when kids drop things but accidents happen. The ice cream isnt coming out if their pocket. The whole interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. I understand that for some $8 isnt a lot of money but for a single mom an $8 ice cream is a treat. Again the first girl could have offered to give me another one, she saw it spilled on the floor and the gentlemen could have given me a new one that was more that 3/4 quarters filled.

This is the best place for a mocha or an iced tea or both. The staff are friendly, there were 4 of them on 5th Nov 2023 at 5Pm and the service is great. Thanks all of you for giving me the boost I needed for the Sunday!

Amazing service by the staff, the coffee I got was the best coffee that I've ever had and the vibe was so chill. The guy recommended their signature cold brew that has a Oatmilk in it and I added vanilla and when I tell you, it is the best coffee I've ever had. I wish there was a Ralph's in North Carolina!

I was always happy with this place but yesterdsy August 10th they failed miserably.New staff making coffee where lazy, sloppy with presentation of cuppacino , outwardly rude about taking their time to make my order. There was only one person there named Betty who apologized for the lazy workers. If they start doing shotty work it will turn off customers. I will go elsewhere.
