Take care about receiving sake suggestion without asking the price. We paid $260 in a bottle.
I made reservations for a omakase experience. But after getting seated at the counter, the service did not come check in on us. We did not receive water for 20 minutes. We had to flag down the waitress to ask if they knew we were getting the omakase and was told that food comes out as it's ready for that experience. The omakase was just ok. It's not a Japanese experience. The service ruined the whole dinner.

The ambiance and quality of the food was excellent. Omakase is an art and was a grounding and wholesome experience.
Food was amazing! I had no issues except when it came to dessert. We got the Almond Delirious. Before we ordered we asked the server to explain what it was. She stated it was an ice cream base with chocolate and almonds on top with a chocolate crust. However when we got the dessert it was not an ice cream base but chocolate mousse. In fact two layers of mousse and no ice cream whatsoever. That was very disappointing as I do not like mousse. So this kind of ruined the dessert portion for our first time there.
This is our fifth time here we love it this time we had family visiting so we had to invite them We had a great experience as usual we will come back many times more for sure
