I used to love getting sandwiches for this place but I went there today with my parents and the server was super rude to them. She kept making jokes about our accent with one of the Spanish customers cuz he spoke Spanish. Extremely racist and rude. Never going back there.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! The young ladies that are there need some training, they always have attitudes and non friendly faces. They are also ALWAYS out of non diary milk! I work near by and and i go frequently and it always the same.

I never do this but the service I received here was so awesome, a girl named Diana took care of me and she is the most sweetest girl I've met in a while, this company is very lucky to have her, if I ever come back to this place will most definitely be for the service from this young lady, very polite and respectful

I just tried buying a item on their menu and before I could even get a word in the associate was on their phone after someone else just finished their order. I asked for a granola yogurt with fruit and she looked at me like I was d*** and goes, "a what", i go a granola yogurt with fruit she's like "not today." Just straight rude. How about start with that and give better customer service. Not my problem your not having a good day.
