We had a ham and cheese sandwich. It was ok, but we ordered a sfogliatella and was horrible. It supposed to be soft and puffy, like in Italy, but instead it was dry and hard. I couldn't cut it, neither with a knife.
I should run to the dentist!!

I had a bad experience at Rosetta Bakery. I bought a chocolate bread that was cold and covered in chocolate syrup. I asked if they could reheat it, and they refused, saying “everything is fresh” — but honestly, it didn’t taste fresh at all. The bread was dense, cold, and not enjoyable. For a bakery with such a good reputation, I expected better service and quality. Very disappointing.

The food at Rosetta is absolutely spectacular; every dish is delicious and of high quality. However, our experience was overshadowed by the service at the register: Isabel was extremely rude, unfriendly, and lacked basic customer service protocol. We called the manager on duty to leave our feedback, which was acknowledged, but the bitter taste of poor service still remains. We hope this aspect can improve, because the quality of the food truly deserves it.

I am a regular customer at several Rosetta locations in Miami, and I had never experienced something as disappointing as today.
The cashier Isabel, with an unkempt appearance and an unpleasant attitude, didn’t even respond to my polite greeting. When I asked her a question, she rolled her eyes and sent me to ask someone else, making me feel as if I were asking for a favor instead of receiving basic service.

Rosetta has always stood out for its excellent food and diverse menu, but service like this completely ruins the experience. Great food must be paired with friendly and professional service. I will hardly return to this location

First time trying the coffee from this place. I moved away from the area 4 years ago and drove 2 and a half hours to reunite with a friend, and she recommended Rosetta’s coffee. I must say I was surprised and loved the flavor! We ordered a cappuccino with almond milk, and my friend got a latte with almond milk, the taste is delicious!!! We also ordered some pastries to go with it, an almond danish and another one whose name I can’t remember, but it was filled with nutella and was really good!!! We were helped by Amy at the kiosk on the food hall side, and she was very friendly. We liked it so much that after leaving the movie theater, we went back for a second coffee. I’ll definitely be back again whenever I’m in the area.

Terrible service, they can’t fix their operations to provide a basic coffee cup. I am a frequent customer and they keep letting me down. Bad service all around. Enough, there are better options for coffee in the mall (Cafe Masse is the best!). Bye Rosetta.
