The owner is rude

The spicy salami pizza and the olive bread cheese tomato sandwich were sooooo good. The desserts were perfect for our family to share, not too sweet, the way we like it. We also enjoyed their freshly pressed orange juice. Great sitting area within Aventura mall.

Pizza tastes pretty bad, Davide is very rude and seems very agitated, and no straws for the iced coffee? Not worth it.

I am a regular at Rosetta Bakery and my favorite drink is Chai Latte. I always order it and take it as it is served. You don't need to add anything to it. The sweet and cinnamon flavor are perfect.
Today, December 28, I ordered this same drink at Rosetta de Aventura. When I took the first sip the taste was completely different. Without sweet and without cinnamon. I go to the person who served us and tell him that I had not made the requested drink. His response was that that was the mix they used and that was like that in that place. If I wanted I could exchange it for coffee.
For God's sake, what answer is this? Did the employee mean that Rosetta de Aventura is different from the other locations?
I think there is a lack of training and they should take care of these aspects.
I didn't accept the exchange for coffee. I added sugar and cinnamon from the dispenser to the drink they served me but it didn't taste the same. I left them there

Excellent service

Everything within normal. You make a stop inside a shopping center and have a simple coffee. There is no more! Nothing exceptional.

This patisserie inside Aventura Mall offers an incredible variety of items, although nothing really stands out.
The place itself is beautiful, and the coffee is decent, but the service is quite rude

After going to the Brickell location and having the best frothiest matcha latte, I was looking for the same at aventura location…
Sadly It had to be the worst matcha I’ve ever had - half filled, flat and didn’t taste like anything.

Nicole recommended amazing sandwiches and desserts when my buddy and I popped into the mall. The place is well lit and so beautifully accented with high ceilings bright natural wood and a food display that is a cut above the rest. We didn’t get a chance to take pictures because it was so tasty! Go here and ask for Nicole if you need suggestions!

I've been coming this week for breakfast and I think the service is exceptional. I love the sweets and sandwiches as well as the attention of the cashier Amy Name is a woman who with her smile and good energy brightens your day.
