Set outside really relaxing and chill vibe.. People the service everyone was nice and welcoming i would definitely be back!

Everything we ordered was wonderful: the warm grilled focaccia, the Lemon Farfalle with Shrimp, the pasta with spicy sausage and broccoli rabe ... and the portions were generous and sharable. While our waiter was great, the rest of the service team was a bit disappointing. We had to ask to have our appetizer plates removed from the table when our entrees were served, and then to ask for clean silverware... Even so, the food was so good, we will definitely go back!

17 dollar Tiramisu. 25 percent on the tip pad. 35 dollar chicken breast that I needed an industrial saw to cut. Definitely won't be going back. This is a tourist trap. Locals stay away.

If you in the mood for Italian pasta or pizza it's good but limited to pasta, pizza, a small handful or meat or fish. Good overall! Food was delicious!

Great Italian dishes and service. Theirbranzino and filet mignon are delicious. So are their pastas with truffles. It's worth checking out while in Aventura.

I dined in here for lunch. I ordered a lobster linguine which was delicious. It also has shrimp in it. The sauce which is it made of is very flavorful.

The ambience is nice feels good to be at a nice place.

I can see some improvements in service. It lacked a few things like what do you want for drink OR how do you like your food? But overall it’s a nice place.

⭐️ Review for Serafina Aventura

My fiancé and I made reservations for Christmas dinner and drove 45 minutes, arriving on time, dressed appropriately, and excited to experience what is advertised as an elegant dining establishment.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The entrance itself was awkward, with an umbrella awning so low that my fiancé—who is 6’5”—could barely fit underneath. The first hostess barely acknowledged us, then walked us into the middle of the restaurant only to turn us around and bring us back to the entrance. The second hostess, who had completely ignored us upon arrival, showed no apology and very little communication.

We were then led to seating that was essentially outside the restaurant, in the mall area, directly next to a large family with children and men wearing shorts and T-shirts. This was surprising, as when I booked the reservation I clearly read that shorts were not permitted and that Serafina is an upscale dining experience.

Once seated, we were completely ignored. Over 10 minutes passed without a single greeting, acknowledgment, or explanation from any staff member. The overall energy from the hostesses and staff was disconnected and unconcerned, as if our presence didn’t matter.

Given the circumstances—especially on Christmas—I chose not to stay. As we walked out, no one asked why we were leaving or attempted to address the situation. It was clear we were not wanted there.

We never even had the opportunity to taste the food, so this review is solely based on the service and treatment we received. Extremely disappointing, especially for a Christmas dinner.

Sebastian was an outstanding server and truly made our experience memorable. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without ever being overbearing. He anticipated our needs, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything came out perfectly. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service. The food was excellent, but Sebastian’s professionalism and positive attitude really took the experience to the next level. We’ll definitely be asking for him again!
