there was supposed to be bacon, sauce, veggies but they sent me a blank burger with no explanation

Made an Uber Eats order from this location and long story short, half of my order was delivered missing. Called up and spoke to the manager on duty, and he quickly was aware of the problem. He quickly took care of my issue and actually had my food remade. The food is always good, but I wanted to call special attention to the excellent customer service received here. Top notch in every way. Thanks!

The avocado burger is missing avocado, and the Coca-Cola comes with too much ice and the Oreo milkshake comes with a small piece that won't let you swallow. Beyond that, everything is good, but a little bit sour.

I’d like to share my experience at this location.

The cashier, Tina, was very friendly and kind. This is the second time I’m ordering from this location. The first time, I forgot to say “Good afternoon” before placing my order. Tina politely repeated “Good afternoon” twice, which made me realize my mistake. I felt bad and apologized and greeted her properly.

These days, many people barely greet each other, so I truly appreciate how kind and polite Tina was. She does her job very well, and I believe Shake Shack is very lucky to have employees like her.

I usually don’t take the time to leave feedback on surveys, but I decided to do so because of her kindness and professionalism.

All I can say is that Shake Shack is very fortunate to have Tina as part of the team.

takes a while to be prepared. i like the touch screen kiosks. not a fan of the guilt request for tips. Burgers are smaller this year
