Tyrinn the manager took care of us, we were having issues using the T Mobile Tuesday promotion on the app for a free shack stack. He was very understanding and set things straight. Very satisfied with the customer service we experienced as a party of 3. We will be back specifically because of Tryinn's care, and customer service.

My visit to the restaurant left much to be desired. Unfortunately, a roach scurried across the counter in close proximity to our food, significantly dampening the dining experience. Additionally, the lemonade was disappointingly flavorless, lacking the refreshing zest one would expect. Furthermore, the burgers were excessively oily, making them less enjoyable. Overall, the combination of these factors created an unpleasant atmosphere, and I hope the establishment addresses these issues for future customers.
