I give it 1 star because Google is the minimum it asks for, I would give them zero stars, what a bad service, I bought VIP tickets for an event and the service was very bad, the hostess at the door was very rude. To be located in such an expensive area they should be kinder to customers, a place not recommended.

I came to an event, I bought VIP tickets and the general public came forward, nothing was seen! There was no one to talk to, the lady at the door is very rude, terrible place, terrible service, I don't recommend it.

We had such a great time yesterday. The service of Christian nd Fernando was outstanding. I even forgot to take pictures of my food and drinks ? the wings and guacamole were great. If you want to experience a great service and good food definitely you will have to come.

This is definitely not a place to eat, but rather have a drink and enjoy the show. We have been there a total of three times to see a total of three bands. We had a fantastic time as the rooftop has great spaces, an incredible view, ample parking.The developer/promoter takes his time to book interesting shows. It is just a matter of you picking and choosing who you want to see. You will have a good time.

The place is nice and could be a great area for events. Although the area os nice and big, the organization is bad. The personnel don’t know how to prepare for an event and are not able to calculate on time what is needed for a medium size crowd.Another bad but very bad experience is at the rooftop bar. The service is bad and they add 25% tip to your order, so if you order a bottle then you need to go to the bar and just for handing over a bottle to you is $50, and there is no follow up service asking if you need ice or something else, for additional orders you need to go and get it at the bar even the ice.In short. Good atmosphere, nice area, but horrible service and extremely overpriced tips for no service.

Absolute worst service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Came upstairs to order a drink, and one of the bartenders started yelling at me. Impossibly slow wait times and you will be ignored if you try to get a servers attention. Experience may differ depending on your skin color.
