I love visiting this smoothie king. Besides all the good stuff, the one that truly makes my morning/early afternoon is Maria. She is an angel, the service, the smile/greeting once you walk into that door! The fact that she’s so knowledgeable and always pays attention to your needs and always reminds you about all the specials that are going on.. I’m honestly so grateful to meet such a kind soul. She is great. She makes my experience so much better. It’s no longer just a smoothie packed with nutrients, it’s wonderful hospitality/customer service and I truly believe she makes a difference in every one of my visits. Unacceptable RECIPE to say the least. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the consistent and unacceptable decline in product quality at the Smoothie King Aventura location (18185 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura, FL 33160). I have been a loyal and frequent member since I can remember of the Smoothie King brand. For the past three weeks my family and I have visited this location multiple times per week, specifically between in late afternoon times. On every single occasion, the smoothies have been improperly prepared and their quality is far below the brand's established standards. It is evident that the employees at this location are not adhering to the company's official recipes. This issue is particularly frustrating as we regularly frequent the North Miami Beach location, where the smoothies are consistently prepared correctly and are of the high quality that has earned my loyalty for years. This contrast clearly indicates a failure in training or oversight at the Aventura store. I hope that this matter be immediately addressed. Proper training must be provided to the staff at the Aventura location to ensure that all beverages are made with the correct, official recipe. Failure to resolve this quality control issue will result in the loss of my business at this location and, potentially, an end to my loyalty to the brand. I expect a prompt response and a plan of action. Unacceptable recipe to say the least.

As a devoted Smoothie King enthusiast since 2018 and a proud CHAMPION tier member, I have come to appreciate the consistency and quality of your beverages. However, a recent and recurring issue at the Aventura location has become a major concern. For the past three weeks, my son, husband and I have been visiting the Aventura store at least three times a week, typically between late afternoon / night shift, after an intense workout session, only to be disappointed by the taste of our smoothies. It seems as though the staff at this particular location may not be following the recommended recipes. The smoothies are consistently lacking the flavor and quality that I have come to expect from Smoothie King. This stands in stark contrast to my experiences at the North Miami Beach location, where every smoothie is delicious without fail. This leads me to believe that there is a training issue at the Aventura store. I urge OWNERS of this franchise to re evaluate the training of your staff to ensure they are following the exact recipes to maintain the high standards that Smoothie King is known for. If this issue is not addressed, we will have no choice but to stop patronizing the Aventura location. As a longtime, loyal customer, I sincerely hope this issue is rectified promptly so that my family can continue to enjoy the delicious smoothies we have come to love.
