If I could give negative stars I sure would. The most disgusting and horrible experience I had and as a loyal client they lost me how dare they serve a salad that has bugs in it, dead bugs so unsanitary and disgusting and then when you go to get a refund they try to lie that your the customer is wrong when you show them a clearly dead bugs to try and not give a refund. The customer service is aweful the manager is never their this place needs code enforcement to investigate people can die from food poisoning. Beware this place

I recently had a great experience trying out Sproutz at Aventura Mall. The poke bowls were delicious and generously portioned with healthy vegetables, grains, and your choice of protein. This was honestly the best poke bowl I’ve had from poke restaurants. Great food aside, what really stood out to me and prompted me to write a review was the exceptional customer service. Marcelo was so kind! Thank you!Parking: Sproutz is part of the mall’s food court, so parking will be the mall’s multi-story parking garage.

You sucks. Placed my order at aventura mall location 15mns ago to be told my order wasn't placed. While i did place it on the machine.A guy made me pay a bottle of water and i thought he charged the meal as well. All staff is not friendly and haven't seen any manager to help fix the situation ?????????

We walked up to the counter as all of the other restaurants were closing. It was late and I didn't want anything heavy to eat.. The cashier calmly stated "we're open until 9". I commenced to the order a Greek salad. It was ready in minutes and it tasted delightful. It was super fresh. It was only $13.99 and there were more olives than salads at a Greek restaurant. It was flavorful and absolutely delicious. I considered the $8!GF brownie but didn't think that it could be that great but after this salad, I'll give it a shot.

Nice option in the treats hall food court for healthy options. I opted for the açaí bowl and it was delicious! It is in a food court so the ambiance is of that nature, however they do have lots of comfortable (soft) cushioned seating which was great! For this spot, you order at the counter using a touch screen and when your order is ready the staff will call it out for you. You can customize the order to your liking and they list a lot of options for the customization. Def recommend!
