Extremely unfriendly staff. My child accidentally dropped their cup outside, and when I politely asked for a cup of ice to replace it, the employee Oletae chose to argue with me instead of offering any help. Rather than showing basic courtesy, they insisted I wait in line just for a cup of ice. Completely unacceptable.

Visiting for work and stopped in each morning. Staff was pretty average, not I'd say overly welcoming like some other locations I've been. Drinks made good, I had a hot chocolate one day and had faint taste of milk being scalded. Very typical starbucks experience.

The cashier and barista's level of customer service was amazing when I visited this location today! And my matcha latte with oatmilk was great too!

Unbelievable. I ordered a drink and I got ice instead with a little drink in it. I am extremely disappointed with this location. 1 star all the way. Especially from the service provided with the "smile on their faces"

I have been visiting this Starbucks for the past two weeks, and they completely messed up my drink during my last visit. When I addressed the issue with the staff, they told me there was nothing they could do. I was given two drinks that both contained actual dairy, which is unacceptable for me. I can't believe their response was essentially a refusal to help; this was the worst service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks.
The management or whoever is in charge really needs to speak to their staff about taking care of regular customers. The person I spoke to was named Brianna, and I'm not sure if her response was based on her discretion or company policy at this location, but it was appalling. I ordered two drinks, and accountability was not taken for the error. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

This Starbucks is part of the Marriott hotel. You can’t collect points here. If you are not staying at the hotel, there are 30 min parking spaces just for Starbucks. It was very busy. Food was not great. Grounds of the hotel are beautiful.

Food and drinks come out very fast despite the long lines. However there is older lady with black hair that has a terrible attitude a d does not know how to treat customers.
On 6-6-2024 at 10:00am I asked a simple question the girl behind the counter warming the snacks: excuse me, is that my loaf? They lady (with the black hair) at the cashier screams out of no where, YOU NEED TO WAIT AT THE OTHER END, THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WAIT!!!

these people at this starbucks willnot let you have a cup of water while waiting for them to make your paid drink unless you stand the entire line again.we begged, after walking the aventura circle in 95 degrees and we’re feeling dizzy and still, they wouldn’t allow it.be ware!!!!
This is not about the food; it’s about the manner of the employees, especially the shift manager and the location. Since it’s located in a resort, it’s always busy with long lines, which is understandable. This morning, on 05/05/2024 at 10:18 am, I went inside and waited in line to place an order. While I was waiting, my 3-year-old son went by the cashiers where they had a basket of bananas. He grabbed one, so I went there and told the cashier, “Please give him one; I’m waiting in line and will pay when I get to the cashier.” She called the manager, and he stated that my son couldn’t have the banana until we paid. I told him, “Sir, he’s 3 years old and doesn’t understand waiting in line. I will pay when I reach the cashier.” However, he declined to give a 50-cent banana until we paid. This is absolutely unbelievable; I don’t think this would happen anywhere in the world to a 3-year-old kid. I hope to hear from the district manager soon.
I loved this location. The employee who took my order was beyond attentive and had a great positive energy! Even though some people in the line were very rude, she kept her cool and kept on being nice. My order was done quick, and with the requested specifications. The atmosphere was nice, plenty of tables to seat outside on the shade. Everything was very clean and organized. The only aspect I dint like is that this location doesn't accept reward points or gift cards. Highly recommend if you are staying at the JW Marriott or going to the water park in front Tidal Cove.

What a welcoming staff! The service was really understanding when I was experiencing problems getting my digital wallet to behave. worked at last, and we were headed out the door along with a freshly suggested peppermint brownie cake pop!
