They can definitely do better. The place is often dirty—tables and floors don’t look like they get cleaned regularly. The staff seems unapproachable and honestly a bit irritated most of the time.
But more than that, this review is about the coffee itself. As a longtime customer who knows and loves the brand, I can say there’s a clear difference in the flavor and quality lately. If the service isn’t going to be great, at least keep the coffee consistent. That’s the least loyal customers expect.**

This is the worst ran Starbucks of all time. The staff here I thought would be nice, since he was wearing heart shaped glasses (Julius), was quite frankly the rudest person I have met in my life, not only to me but the person in front of me (a mom and her children) and everyone behind us too. It is crazy, I know it’s a hectic time of year but this is your job. Starbucks is known for being busy, and still pulling it together and treating people right.
This was a wild experience. No thank you.
