They will curse you and not take your order
Unfortunately I sent several emails They ignored my last email, i asked to talk to them face to face they said they were busy and as I passed by that location I saw those 2 rude and gettho girls

Ordered an egg pesto this morning and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes, and then they took the original sandwich right out of my hand saying it’s “store policy” that I can’t keep it… which honestly makes me question the cleanliness and overall practices of this place. 🤮

On top of that, they didn’t care at all about the inconvenience and were super rude about it. Can’t wait for the other location near Nordstrom Rack to open because this one is just disappointing.

Love this Starbucks spot; super convenient location! Just a heads-up though: parking is tight, only like 3 or 4 spots out front, so you might end up in the garage (good excuse to get your steps in 😅).

Stopped by Sunday morning and the line was crazy long; only one lady working (she was super nice and trying her best), but she had to juggle all the customers plus mobile orders. Can’t blame her, but Starbucks definitely needs more staff during rush hours.

this is actually the best starbucks i’ve ever been to in my life. this isn’t my regular starbucks but every time i come here they remember my order!!! give these two beautiful women that work in the early mornings a raise💕

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at the Starbucks in Park Square, Aventura. The barista who took my order, Ke-ke,, was extremely rude and condescending over something as simple as me clarifying the type of milk I wanted. When I stated my preference (which is normal when ordering), she replied, “You don’t have to tell me what kind of milk, I work here. I’m not stupid.”

Not only was that completely uncalled for, but after taking my order, she began speaking about me to another barista loud enough for me to hear it. That behavior is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed for simply placing an order.

I will not be returning to this location, and I truly hope management addresses this. Starbucks should not employ staff who treat customers with such attitude and lack of basic courtesy.

Establishment only accepted gift cards and cash?! I was asked if I had the Starbucks app and I did, so I tried to use the app not realizing I couldn’t use my preferred payment method, and was rudely told that payment method was not accepted. Starbucks associate was extremely unprofessional and lacked maturity. Rolled her eyes right in front of me to another employee. Might be beneficial if employees were reminded they work a customer service job and to leave their attitudes at home.

great peaceful vibe inside. Drinks are always perfect! The staff is phenomenal!! Always so nice, they enjoy their jobs! The young lady today at noon is a gem!!!

they were telling everyone in line that there is a wait period for their orders (I would understand if there was just one person working but that wasn't the case) so if we weren't willing to wait we shouldn't order. three of us in a row walked out lol . They are losing customers and the staff could not care less
