Ordered a drink with cold foam. I arrive and it doesn't have cold foam. The batista tries to tell me 'it sank'. I can spend an hour with the drink and there will still be cold foam and she said it sank on the 2.5 minutes is sitting there? I asked her to 'please put me'. She said on and then proceeded to ignore me. After she made 7 other drinks and still did not make a move to make the foam, I asked for a refund. She said 'you need a manager' and continued making other drinks. After a few more minutes, another barista issued, who was not a manager, issued the refund.
