Today it was 6:55 pm and the shop closes at 7pm..manager came up to me in the line and told me the lady in front was the last customer he was serving... I go to this shop every day because I work in the mall and this guy was just a tool. Not nice...I will not go back to this shop..Manager or assistant...doesn't have people skills..

So yesterday and today I ordered the same drink at this starbucks, yesterday’s drink was $8 for some reason? Which didn’t feel right because I have never had to pay $8 for 1 venti drink ever, today’s was $7? And no i did not tip. Not just that, the lady who made my drink hardly put any ice, it was barely cold, and she did not shake the drink either (pretty sure the same lady for the 2 days in a row), so those 2 drinks were absolutely disgusting and I’m upset that my drink wasn’t made right, usually when I get the same drink, I always see the drink being shaked and having more ice. No, I did not ask for light ice.
They closed the store 5 minutes early and kicked customers that were already standing in line out.

The first few times I didn’t review thinking it was a one off but after coming several times I won’t come to this location. Staff is rude and every time I have come they have made mistakes and been rude about fixing or wanting to up charge to correct their error.

The barista had an awful disgusting attitude, if you don’t like your job why you there? I paid for extras and you giving me regular? I PAID, IM NOT BEGGING YOU OR ASKING FOR FREE.

Staff don’t listen when taking drink order and still said ok when given specific instructions on milk preference. I often repeat my order to double check but this time they clearly said ok and press something. Not until I see the barista making my drink with a wrong milk . There is for a reason a substitute milk, some people are lactose intolerant, regular milk can make someone very ill.
This is happening too often with my order of just 3 ingredients in it.

If my survival depended on receiving water from this staff, I would be doomed.
I went to buy a drink that I didn't know how to pronounce very well, I don't speak English very well, and the cashier treated us very poorly, a very rude attitude, no patience, I also paid him with a 100 U.S. bill. and he gave me the change in 1us bills to complete 50us, I tried to ask him to please not give me so many 1us bills and very rude and annoying he said no. Then I went to complain to the manager, and he said he was going to call someone who spoke Spanish, and he called the same person who helped me and if he spoke Spanish, that is, he didn't want to speak to me in Spanish to help me, he was very rude with his gestures facials and even groped. This city is frequented by thousands of tourists, the service should be better and friendly. I don't know the name of the cashier, but he had his hair dyed blue. I hope he receives training to provide excellent customer service.
I asked to make a drink without ice, and they put ice. They also said that this should be done. They refused to make a request.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location recently. One of the employees struggled to pronounce my name, Nastya, which I understand can happen. However, what followed was completely unacceptable. The first employee made a very disrespectful facial expression and handed off the task to a second employee. Instead of simply saying my name, the second employee loudly started singing, "Is somebody going to match my nasty!!!" This was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I felt humiliated and disrespected. Starbucks needs to ensure their staff treat customers with basic courtesy and respect.
these people are ridiculous at this Starbucks, if you don't want ice or you want light ice, are they seriously charging you more???? This makes no sense
