I’m working in the Aventura Mall, and I order from Starbucks every day.
But yesterday the chubby guy with the pony tail loose his temper and scream at me in front of everyone. He got totally mad cause I just asked if my coffee was ready.
My coworker and me stopped ordering, and is shame cause we like the products.

I don't usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but my repeated experiences at the Starbucks located inside Aventura Mall have been disappointing.
At first, I thought I was imagining it. However, whenever I placed a mobile order for a Caramel Frappuccino, I noticed dismissive attitudes toward my order, including comments or reactions that felt unnecessary. Over time, my drinks also began to be made incorrectly.
I usually order a tall or grande Caramel Frappuccino Blended Beverage with non-dairy vanilla sweet cream as the milk option, caramel drizzle and whipped cream as toppings, and caramel lining in the cup. While my first few orders were correct, whipped cream was later consistently left off. I assumed this might be standard for certain sizes, but when ordering the same drink at other Starbucks locations, it was made correctly with whipped cream on top.
That brings me to today, Saturday, January 10 at 7:15 p.m., when I ordered my usual grande through the mobile app and again received no whipped cream. When I politely asked about it, I later realized I had misspoken: the whipped cream was not the non-dairy ingredient; the non-dairy vanilla sweet cream was the milk option. Even so, the explanation I received came with an unpleasant tone. When I mentioned that my drink is usually made with whipped cream, as indicated in the order, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful.
I chose not to escalate the situation, as I work in customer service myself and try to be understanding. I had also previously read reviews mentioning similar behavior and unhelpful management at this location. Considering this Starbucks is inside a mall where prices are higher, the level of service felt especially disappointing.
I stopped visiting this location for a while but decided to give it another chance due to its convenience. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve. Based on multiple visits, I won't be returning.

There’s a kid there named Andrey. Super rude. I thought it wouldn’t happen to me after seeing how he treated the customer before me…. But then I realized that’s his way of being. Very annoying. Specially cuz it’s the holidays :)

Ordered a venti iced matcha latte with cold foam. Got the drink and realized they didn’t add cold foam so I mentioned it and the worker rudely said they didn’t charge for it and turned around. I was like ok whatever it wasn’t charged for but not super bothered. Then they also put coconut milk then I asked for regular so they had to remake it and weren’t very happy. I swear I was being chill just wasn’t messing w the customer service. The drink came out ok.
Not a fan of pushy sales associates (perfume & jewelry sales people). I had to avoid several of them just to get here to get my coffee and leave. Maybe others enjoy the experience of being sold perfumes but I like the solo shopping experience better than it being pushed on you. Plus I just wanted coffee.

Today I went to the aventura mall location in macys and the guy at the register very happy to help good attitude, another one at the front preparing the coffee beautifully, besides others, we order a frappe and I put in the straw to find out it was all whipped cream disgusting the other guy who prepared made a mistake and continue,I don’t know if this was done in a malicious way we waited 12 minutes for this, at last it was a horrible experience too expensive and not worth it eve though thankfully they exchange it, please beware how they are preparing specially if you are taking your little ones this mistakes could be very costly health wise.
Nice staff and good location in the mall. Service is quick, and they have a small seating area as well with outlets for changing too.

The manager named Adrian was very rude to me. I ordered a blonde coffee with almond milk and he put pretty much just milk when I told him if he could please fix it he gave me attitude and said I had to pay more. Honestly never coming back to this Starbucks.

The drinks were so watered down I don't wanna go to any starbucks again.
Today it was 6:55 pm and the shop closes at 7pm..manager came up to me in the line and told me the lady in front was the last customer he was serving... I go to this shop every day because I work in the mall and this guy was just a tool. Not nice...I will not go back to this shop..Manager or assistant...doesn't have people skills..

So yesterday and today I ordered the same drink at this starbucks, yesterday’s drink was $8 for some reason? Which didn’t feel right because I have never had to pay $8 for 1 venti drink ever, today’s was $7? And no i did not tip. Not just that, the lady who made my drink hardly put any ice, it was barely cold, and she did not shake the drink either (pretty sure the same lady for the 2 days in a row), so those 2 drinks were absolutely disgusting and I’m upset that my drink wasn’t made right, usually when I get the same drink, I always see the drink being shaked and having more ice. No, I did not ask for light ice.
They closed the store 5 minutes early and kicked customers that were already standing in line out.

The first few times I didn’t review thinking it was a one off but after coming several times I won’t come to this location. Staff is rude and every time I have come they have made mistakes and been rude about fixing or wanting to up charge to correct their error.
