I went to this restaurant yesterday and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I sat outside for about 10 minutes and no one came to take my order. Several times, the waitress walked right past our table — we even called out to her and made direct eye contact — but she completely ignored us. She served people who arrived after us without hesitation. It felt as if they assumed we couldn’t afford to pay or simply didn’t want to serve us because we’re Black. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and I will never return.

The food and the service were both excellent! We walked in and someone took us right to our table. My husband and I had the Drunken burger, a combo of lamb and ground beef. I highly recommend it. We will be back.

Quick dinner after shopping at the mall. Seated right away. Friendly service. Had the quac with street corn and it was delish. Mahi Mahi super fresh and best chicken ceasar wrap ever. Nice list of cocktails. Music can be loud but will definitely go back.

Luba was amazing! We will definitely be back and ask for her service. It was our first visit and her recommendations were 10/10.

The elote guac, calamari, and short rib sandwich were out of this world.

Love this spot! Food is always amazing. Menu has great options. Never had something here I don’t like. I’ve been coming for years. Ambiance is very nice and appropriate for a group hang or even family. Lupa & Stanley are the best servers!

I used to love this place, but it’s really gone downhill. Came with a family of five drinks came out flat and took over 20 minutes to be replaced. We received our food well before the drinks finally arrived.

My $25 sandwich was barely filled and the bread wasn’t even toasted. The $17.50 kids meal came with just two small tenders and overly salty fries.

Our server never checked on us once; we had to get up and ask someone else for the bill. Top it off the kids meal was supposed to come with a dessert server did not ask offer nothing at this point we were just over it and did not even bother.

Very disappointing overall. Items start at $25–$30, and up much of it feels like overpriced frozen finger food..

This is like one of my favourite spots I like going there, however my last experience was not great. The server was behaving as if he didn’t want to serve. The entire experience was horrible. Thanks to the food runner for making my experience a like more tolerable

Shelly shopping at the mall we decided to stop here for lunch and there was a 20min wait. Once they sat us down and took our order it took about an hour for us to get our food. When our food arrived it look really good My steak sandwich was really bland, the fries were cold, and the beer was cool at best. My son's burger taste it like a block of cheddar cheese you couldn't even taste the meat, My wife's sandwich was the same as mine very bland and all you can taste was the strong aioli that they put on it. The waitress was very nice and as prompt as she could be. They gave us a discount cause we couldn't even finish the meal. If your looking for some where to eat I recommend to try something different.

Amazing staff. Great bartenders, very attentive. I watched the manager handle a guest complaining about the size of their steak(grow up) very well.

We came to Tap 42 for a girls night out and our waitress Luba was truly amazing. She was so sweet, attentive, and made us feel super taken care of the entire night. She had great energy, made awesome recommendations, and was just so easy to talk to. It honestly felt like we had a friend taking care of us. She really added to the whole vibe and made our night even better. Ask for her and your tap 42 visit won’t be just a tap 42 visit ;)

We come to Tap 42 all the time, but this time felt extra special thanks to Luba. Her attention to detail, kindness, and overall service truly stood out. She made us feel welcomed and cared for. We’ll definitely be asking for her next time! Thank you Luba!!
