the food was so good here. I wish i could eat the truffle guacamole everyday. very tasty ceaser salad. also the service was great our waitress Jimena was so attentive and friendly. I would go back.

I had a reservation for 8. The service was very slow. There seemed to be plenty of staff, yet it felt like there still weren't enough people working.

We had a surprise guest so Our party was 9 people (4 adults and 5 minors). Only 4 people ordered appetizers. Three appetizers arrived, but the fourth never came. To make matters worse, our entrees were served before the missing appetizer ever arrived.

When the bill came, it was a little over $500, and the appetizer that was never served was still included. The server told me he removed the charge, and I took his word for it because I assumed, like most restaurants, that I would receive an itemized paper copy of the bill. Unfortunately, no paper bill was provided. We paid, sat for a while, and half way home then realized we had never received a copy, so I have no way of knowing exactly what I was charged for. Thankfully, I took a screenshot of the bill I signed which shows on my card instantly in case a higher amount appears on my credit card statement later on.

Overall, the experience felt impersonal. You simply didn't feel welcomed or appreciated as a guest. The atmosphere was okay, but based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant and do not plan on returning.

I always come here great food and the bottomless mimosas are great! The chicken Caesar wrap and steak sandwich wrap are my favorite. Johnathon & Dominic was great! Ask for them !

Decided to stop to one of my FAV TAP 42 and was greeted by Calvin (Cal) my waiter. Had the Salmon Zen Bowl. It was amazingly GOOD. Cal customer service was excellent. He came to the table with a smile after only working at TAP 42 for only 2 months. Thank you Cal for the service that you gave me and my son. The service is disrespectful !
The hostesses, one of them is Fatima, are chatting about what they did last night (Saturday night )and the customers are waiting for them to be taken care of.
The waitress and waitresses are the same...
If you coming here, take a deep breath because you are going to suffer it !

I went to the restaurant tap r42 to pick up my food order and unfortunately the host is Elizabeth was very rude during the interaction. Customer service is extremely important and the way I was treated was unprofessional and disappointing. I understand restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for being disrespectful to customers a little kindness and professionalism would have made a big difference. I hope management addresses the issue to future customers have a better experience.
