Yalla Motek serves the best falafel pita I have ever had in South Florida. The falafel is fresh, the eggplant is crispy, and the veggies and sauces add a burst of flavor. Even better, the waffle-cut fries are the perfect pairing with the falafel.I know this place is in the food court in Aventura Mall but the restaurant is still well-kept and neat. I like their minimalistic branding with bright tones of yellow and blue that you can notice from a distance. I also like the fact that they have inverted mirrors so that you can watch them prepare your food from beginning to end.Service is quick and the staff was friendly during my last visit. This is a must-try place in my book!

This review is for the food court stand they have. I ate the falafel quinoa bowl and now I am suffering from possible food poisoning. This place needs to be checked by the FDA and the managers need to do their jobs and check the food and how its prepared and if its fresh, so sad because before this incident me and my friends were regulars not anymore why pay $20 to get your a night in the ER?

Decided to try Yalla Motek during my recent shopping excursion. The good: menu offers a lot of options, portions sizes are generous, mint lemonade is delicious, waffle fries are well seasoned, great location for a quick bite. The bad: wait time after ordering was a little long, quite possibly the worst lamb shawarma I've ever had. The lamb shawarma was not well seasoned at all, it was served in a soggy pita, and overall the sandwich was greasy. If the line hadn't been so long I would have taken the sandwich back to request a refund. I love the concept of Yalla Motek so maybe I'll try it again sometime and order something different, but today I was very disappointed by the meal.

If you ever venture to Aventura mall. If your kosher / make sure you visit the upstairs location of Yalla Motek, in the food court. You will be in for an incredible experience. The food was absolutely delicious, transporting me straight to the flavors of Israel. I couldn't help but notice and appreciate the attention they put into their branding – it's evident even on their bags.I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and it was a delightful surprise. The chicken was light and airy, striking the perfect balance of flavor without being too dense. The real game-changer was the amba sauce – it truly set the sandwich apart and elevated the taste to a whole new level. The waffle fries were a revelation – perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They were addictive and I couldn't get enough of them. To complement the meal, I opted for the Cold Mint Lemonade, or lemonana as it's commonly known. It was a refreshing and delightful beverage that beautifully complemented the flavors of the food. obviously, plenty of seating in the food court.

The lamb gyro at Yalla Motek in Aventura Mall is an absolute must-try for anyone craving authentic Mediterranean flavors in Miami. From the moment you sink your teeth into the tender, succulent lamb wrapped in warm, fluffy pita bread, you know you're in for a treat. The meat is perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection, while the accompanying sauce adds a creamy, tangy kick that takes each bite to the next level. The generous portion size ensures you'll leave feeling fully satisfied. While Yalla Motek may be tucked away in Aventura Mall, it's truly a hidden gem worth seeking out for a taste of the best lamb gyro in Miami.

Incredible flavor ! Mediterranean food is one of my favorite cuisines and this place may be my all time favorite that I've tried so far ! YALLA offers bowls, sandwiches, wraps and salads. I ordered their falafel rice bowl and it comes with Turkish rice (or quinoa), falafel, hummus, sumac onions, eggplant, red cabbage, chickpea, arugula salad and a shishito pepper. The falafel was the best I've ever had !! Cooked to perfection with a light crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I'm not usually a huge cabbage fan, but it was dressed well, softened and wow .. incredible ! I guess I'm now a cabbage fan. The hummus in my bowl was so smooth, fresh, and flavorful. I wish I had more ! I seriously don't have any complaints and cannot wait to go back again. I'm hoping to make one more stop before leaving the area.
