I went to breakfast with my husband, the food was really good, but the service was terrible, when we arrived two waitresses looked at each other and made a bad gesture and one said that it was too early for there to be people coming to bother me, I'll come back just to pick up, the food and the establishment very good, shame about the service.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant since I first moved here, and I truly believe it serves the most authentic Mexican food in Florida. However, my experience on Friday evening was disappointing due to unprofessional service.

When I called to place my order, the first person I spoke to hung up on me, likely because my Spanish isn’t perfect. I called back, and thankfully, a different employee answered and was much more courteous. She took my order, but when I got home, I realized it was incorrect.

I called the restaurant to explain that I wasn’t willing to drive another 40 minutes (20 minutes each way) just to fix their mistake. Instead of offering a refund, I overheard an employee in the background saying, “What are we going to do if she doesn’t want to come back?” As if expecting a customer to make another long trip for something they messed up is reasonable.

Now, I’m stuck eating something I don’t even like—steak—frustrated by how this situation was handled.

Came here for looking forward to a mangonada. It was good but pricey for a regular size is $8.99
Also got nachos but pricey too. It was also $8.99 just for cheese and jalapeños.
Could have just gotten it was 7-11 or something.
For the price they charge for the nachos could have added other condiment such as tomatoes, onions, sour cream also chives etc.....
They do have variety of Mexican ice cream to choose from to smoothies, drinks and ice cream cones if that is what you are looking for inside while grocery shopping for Mexican items, bakery and etc....

They charged me the same amount twice and they didn't want to help me. I called the bank and unfortunately they didn't help me either and looking at it was 385.00 twice.

We have eaten at this place several times and even ordered several times through Uber Eats. In the last few months, they have jacked up their prices and canceled our Uber Eats order twice. Very very disappointed . we will not be going back. Might as well go to Don Julio‘s for those prices.

Be careful with this place! You buy meat by weight and more than half is bone... what a shame to see how it goes from bad to worse
