I can only rate the 5x I've been here over the past 2 years for breakfast. I get the same thing& juevos rancheros and I haven't found another place that does it better. Eggs are perfect medium and serves with rice, beans, and tortillas.

Tortillería El Progreso has delicious and authentic Mexican food, no doubt about it — the flavors are on point and the dishes taste truly homemade. However, the atmosphere doesn’t match the concept at all. If you’re looking for a real, traditional Mexican spot, the vibe is completely off. They constantly play bachata and salsa, which have nothing to do with Mexican culture. They should redefine their concept — either embrace a Latin fusion identity or stay true to being...

For all you Floridians who dont know any better, this place is LEGIT. Moved here from California 2.5 years ago and haven’t found anything close to this. If you want to eat like a real Mexican come here.
