24$ mimosas not on the menu are the most expensive ones I have ever seen any where in Miami or around areas. Unacceptable. Otherwise good spot. And their parking system valet was not working for 30 min - can't recover your car on time. Also unacceptable.

The name is misleading. The cafe looked like a courtyard by Marriott style venue and ambience even though it was inside a Ritz Carlton. There was no brunch options available on a Sunday morning at 12:30, even though the cafe claims a brunch menu. Food was average at best.

The correlation between the serving size of the shrimp taco (much smaller) and the burger and Lomo was very different. Should have been three shrimp tacos. Tasted delicious

Food/service were very good, but we were charged $20 for valet parking, when The Miami Spice parking discount was supposed to be only $5 as stated upon our reservation online. Upon leaving The Artisan Beach House restaurant on 9/02/25 at about 12:30 PM, the Valet person stated that he was not made aware of this policy and insisted that we pay $20 for our 1-hr. restaurant visit, which we begrudgingly did, plus an additional $5 gratuity.

We had a lovely time dining at the steakhouse at the Ritz-Carlton. The service was fantastic—attentive, professional, and welcoming. The staff overall was wonderful, and Juan, in particular, stood out with his exceptional service. The food was very good, though slightly overpriced for what you get. That said, the stunning view and overall atmosphere made it a truly enjoyable experience. A great spot for a special evening out.

I would describe the ambiance to be that of a cafeteria or Courtyard Marriott...the food was awful and 4 people were in the entire restaurant. Extremely disappointed. My wife and I left after the appetizers and went to Hillstone. Our waitress was prompt and courteous.

A very short menu, the food was very good and of excellent quality. I thought the price of the drinks was extremely exaggerated... $200 for a Chandon, for example. But oh well! Overall, very good.
