Ritz Carlton - what a name. Berlin, Vienna, Singapore and everywhere. This name stands for elegance and good taste. Dinning on the terrace of the Ritz Carlton in Bal Harbour is the absolute disappointment. The food and service was ok (but don´t expect something fancy, it was a very simple Menu selection), but we expected a bit of a flair, having lunch on the terrace. Simple chairs without a seat cushion, tableware like a average restaurant, so charme, no atmosphare, a view on some old warehouses and yes at the side a bit of view of the sea. Only the prices reminded to the great Ritz Carlton group, but no heart. Go in the Four Seasons a few blocks from there. There you can eat in style for the same prices.
We've been to Artisan Beach House a few times in the past for brunch but this time was for a special occasion celebrating my sisters elopement. Everyone was incredible, outstanding service, attention to detail, we were offered soft blankets because they noticed we were kind of cold from not being in the sun. They gifted my sister and her husband the cute bride and groom ducks. Our sever was so kind, friendly, engaged with us but wasn't annoying. I love when 5-Star resorts and their outlets exceed expectations! It's the little things. But also the breakfast was delicious and everything came out on time. Surprise and delight, 10/10. What I expect from a restaurant in the Ritz Carlton. Thank you!!!!

We loved dinner here! Every meal was delicious and they were very flexible with substitutions. Our server, Marissa, was extraordinary - so kind and helpful. Drinks were great too, and they celebrated my mom's birthday beautifully. Can't wait to go back!
Two different worlds. Been there for breakfast which was great while dinner was disappointing. Dinner menu is uninteresting. Never quite had snapper thst i didnt finish. Also replaced mashed potatoes with a baked potato that would be ok. However they tried to pass off breakfast potatoes as baked. They saw it but tried anyway until i asked for it be be taken away. Something isnt right.

The food was underwhelming. My husband ordered a pizza it appeared to be a prepackaged reheat pizza. I had a Caesar salad with salmon for my protein. The lettuce wasn't crisp/ fresh and the salmon was kinda soft/ mushy. The server never checked on us without being flagged down and we ordered soft drinks / mocktails which took way too long for non alcoholic beverages. The space is beautiful and it smells inviting as you walk through the lobby into the restaurant. Therefore the ambience was much better than food and service.

Wonderful restaurant near Sunny Isles with fantastic food, views, and atmosphere. The menu is a bit limited, so we ended up ordering about half of it and it was all amazing. The plates are delicious and perfectly presented. Service was excellent and they had a very talented live musician for the evening. I highly recommend the Artisan Beach House for any occasion.
