The food service and drinks were amazing. The only negative was the furniture and area by the pool had scuffs and marks and looked frankly like a 2 star hotel not the level of the St Regis you would expect. We were very surprised by this but if you didn't look at the parts that needed refurbishing it is a lovely lunch spot.

Remarkably good experience. Excellent food with a 5 star presentation and preparation . Incredibly attentive staff service from the front entrance to the servers and management. My brother uses a walker and management brought in a special chair for him to sit in. I highly recommend this restaurant at the Bal Harbour St Regis.

I don’t even know where to begin? The $35 parking for less than an hour, $39 for three pieces of octopus or the absolute terrible service. As well as the freezing temperatures in the restaurant. I guess that’s what happens when there are no people in the restaurant to offset the powerful AC. Terrible terrible experience. Also, this isn’t Greek food

Absolutely exceptional. I eat out over year for Christmas Eve dinner and by far this was the best dinner I've had for this occasion. My family also got to meet the sous chef which was a nice surprise.
