I recently dined at BH Burger Bar in the Saint Regis and found the atmosphere to be out of this world—truly exceptional. However, the food quality left much to be desired, especially given the high prices. While the burgers, fries, and milkshakes are worth trying, the other menu items did not meet my expectations. Despite this, I still recommend visiting for the great burgers and shakes. Three stars for the overall experience

Burger was average while the service was less than desired. The service fell far below St Regis standard.

What a view if sitting outside. Friendliest staff imaginable. It's a burger joint but you can get an espresso second to none. Kudos to Joel for great service.

Incredible service! We were a table of 8 and two children. Special thanks to the server (JOEL) He is super nice and helped us with the menu and recommended several places in Miami. We loved the place, the hotel is beauty. They have billiards and table football!!! The Margaritas the best of all! Highly recommended.
We had a great meal here with Tatiana as our server. Drinks, burger and sushi all amazing.
Great service great burger and surprisingly amazing sushi! Tatiana took great care of us. Blah blah blah am i at 100 words yet?
In the St Regis hotel where we dined here for our last night. We sat at the bar and it wasn't crowded at all for a late Sunday feast. A bottle of Sonoma Cutre Chardonnay, and a Mich Ultra for me and we both had a cheese burger that was over the top. Grilled perfectly of medium rare with fries and onion rings and we were both set. Big, juicy, flavorful and hitting the spot!!! Highly recommend this burger bar for a quick delish bite with other bar foods available!!! Great attentive bar service. Nice attractive ambiance!!! We will be back!!!??????
This place is great and have really good service. Definitely make a stop if your visiting you won’t be dissatisfied!
We visited family staying at the hotel and had dinner at the BH Burger Bar. Our server Fred was amazing! He recommended amazing drinks and food. He went above and beyond and even took an amazing group photo of all of us. We will absolutely be back because of the great experience. Thank you, Fred!
We had a great server named Angel. He was kind, funny and made great recommendations for drinks. We stopped in just to grab a few cocktails and figured a nice hotel like the St. Regis would do the trick. We were not disappointed. The menu was not very extensive but from the few options we had, it was great.

Frederic makes BH Burger Bar extraordinary! We were starved when we arrived at the St. Regis Bal Harbour and wanted a quick casual bite to eat and a drink. What we got was so much more! Frederic manages the bar with expertise. He regaled us with stories of growing up in St Tropez, cross-country road-trips across the US, and the joys of Miami’s hidden treasures. He guided us through an unexpected dinner experience. The nachos and steak frites really shine among an also spectacular line-up of burgers and bar fare. Most importantly we trusted Frederic with craft cocktails to pair with our drinks. They were exceptional and totally original. Frederic’s lychee empress gin cocktail and fresh watermelon tequila cocktails were especially memorable. Nothing embodies the St. Regis experience more than being able to totally trust the team with making your experience perfect in unexpected ways. Because of this expectation, Frederic is exactly what you’d hope for at the St. Regis Bal Harbour’s BH Burger Bar. An elevated burger bar experience through and through.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Matthew for his outstanding service and dedication to his profession. I heard about the Burger bar at the Saint Regis through some family friends who also had a really great experience and recommended Matthew. I brought my girlfriend and I am planning on bringing my mom next week. I am a local and I’m always looking for a really great venues that have an amazing view, amazing atmosphere, amazing food, but most importantly great service. It’s really hard to put your finger on good service when you see it, but it’s very easy to put Your finger on good service when you feel it. Matthew makes an extra effort to remember all of his clients by name, ensure that he knows the reason why you’re on your trip and while I was there having a few drinks I overheard him ask every single client I came in the restaurant what exactly that reason was. In the matter of an hour I knew that there were anniversaries, birthdays, leisure stays, and business days. Really cool that I was able to meet new people because he opened the conversational environment in a friendly and professional way. It really just made the whole experience much more warm and friendly for the entire venue. I think the most important thing is the fact that Mathew. It really just made the whole experience much more warm and friendly for the entire venue. I think the most important thing is the fact that his service feels more like a one wholesome experience of hospitality versus being at a restaurant because at the end of the day you’re there to eat, but it does feel like so much more. I only had the opportunity to see the restaurant, but I can’t imagine what the pool, Beach, events and other staff are like just based off of the way that his service was. Let alone the hotel was absolutely gorgeous from head to toe. All in all I give everything a five star experience and it’s one of the reasons why this hotel is one of the few five-star hotels in Miami. You can definitely tell that this hotel takes the time to higher quality stuff starting from the front of the hotel at the valet all the way to the back of the house. So thank you again for for Helping me and my family to experience wonderful memories last week. Also wanted to take a quick moment to give one of the servers Angel a huge thank you as well because if you were looking to sit at a table which I did as well he has really great way of treating clients and making sure your family were taken care ofBy the way please definitely ask Matthew what the the special drink of the day is because this guy really knows how to make a drink & high recommendations on the homemade impossible burger!See you guys real soon!
Waghu beef hamburgers made any way you like it. It is burger heaven for anyone who loves burgers. The restaurant closes at 4, however.
Angel was our server. We were staying at the Ritz but walked down here three times to have dinner. Our kids loved Angel. He was great, friendly, and made sure we had an awesome time. We sat outside on the patio and the weather could not have been more fantastic. The food was great, the milkshakes are great and everyone is just friendly. They have some games like pool table for the kids or adults to play while waiting for the food.
We were staying at the St Regis and had heard great things about the burgers here. And yes the burgers were very good. But for the price, probably not worth it. The manager seated is outside and we sat for more than 15 minutes with no attention paid to us at all, even though there were only 3-4 occupied tables inside. I finally went inside and requested a couple menus. Very quickly thereafter, the manager came out to apologize that he'd forgotten to notify our waiter that he'd seated us. But no discount or anything offered. We spent over $100 for a couple burgers, a glass of wine, adult milkshake and dessert. The whole thing took almost 2 hours. Really just not worth it, even for good burgers.
