We’ve dined at Carpaccio’s many times and have always enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere.
Today was truly exceptional. Maximo made our experience unforgettable—professional, joyful, always smiling, and attentive not only to us but to all his tables.
The food was outstanding as always: Risotto del Mare served piping hot, the Amalfi seafood salad fresh and flavorful, and a perfectly paired Chianti. Portions were generous and beautifully presented.
The patio setting added to the great atmosphere, making the evening even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend Carpaccio’s for anyone seeking excellent food, attentive service, and a welcoming ambiance.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Carpaccio at Bal Harbour Shops is simply the best! Excellent food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service every time. One of my favorite spots — highly recommended!

Used to be great food with high quality ingredients and large portions. Prices were slightly higher than average but definitely justified for the location and food quality. Unfortunately since 2023 it’s not the same - food quality got much worse and prices just kept increasing. Makoto and Hillstone are much better choices.

👎 The bathrooms are small and in need of lots of soap/scrubbing and deep cleaning - disgusting 🤮 👎The menu presentation is very simple in laminated paper with plastic that does not match the prices and standard of the restaurant 👎 Parking is paid or valet only 👎 Be prepared to pay $17 for a bottle of water and $45 for a salad 👎 The waiter was arrogant and insisted he deserved +22% of the bill 👍 The food arrived very quickly but taste bad it's not worth what was charged.

Today, you are served by inexperienced people who are interested in your tip money and not in providing high-level service. The food is prepared very quickly so that the customer leaves quickly and does not take long at the table. The food comes without seasoning and tastes like Chef Boyardee food. Italian Restaurant without any Italian soul and spice now come with rudeness and astronomic prices
