I wanted to take a moment to write a review about Maria Guadalupe she assisted us yesterday at lunch and we were so impressed by her attention to detail! She was always attentive to ensure our lunch experience was perfect. My husband and I were both surprised at how she anticipated our every need. Thank you Maria Guadalupe for going above and beyond! It did not go unnoticed! You are wonderful and made our lunch so perfect. We'll definitively visit Carpaccio again and asked to be seated in her area- gracias!

Best Italian restaurant in Bal Harbour! I love coming here with my family! The staff is so nice and helpful. The food is delicious!! I got the Ossobuco side of Fettuccine Alfredo from their specials menu and it was perfect! We also got the branzino carpaccio which is a must-try!! We absolutely love Carpaccio, especially that after dinner walk around the shops. 😍😍😍

The food at this restaurant is absolutely phenomenal—there’s no denying the quality of the kitchen. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the staff. The waiters were shockingly rude from the moment we arrived. There was no courtesy, no sense of hospitality—only an aggressive push to sell as much as possible. It felt like we were just walking wallets to them, not guests.
We were even refused a simple glass of water, which is not only unprofessional, but borderline disrespectful. Every interaction with the staff was unpleasant. There was no warmth, no basic manners, and certainly no sense of customer service.
It’s a real shame, because the food deserves recognition. But the terrible service made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values respectful and decent treatment.

I celebrated my birthday at Carpaccio Bal Harbour, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of perfect.
We kept it simple — just pasta, a Caesar salad, and a lava cake à la mode — but each dish was executed flawlessly. The pasta was rich, flavorful, and perfectly al dente. The Caesar salad was crisp, fresh, and well-balanced, with just the right amount of dressing and a generous sprinkle of Parmigiano. And the lava cake à la mode? Absolutely exquisite. Warm, decadent chocolate paired with velvety ice cream — the kind of dessert that ends the evening on a high note.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. Marco took care of us with the kind of professionalism and warmth you rarely find these days. He made the evening feel personal and celebratory without being over the top — attentive, kind, and clearly experienced.
The ambiance was lively and chic, with that signature Bal Harbour buzz — elegant yet inviting, ideal for a special evening.
It was the perfect place to celebrate, and I’ll absolutely be back. Carpaccio knows how to make a moment memorable.
