We had dinner at Chez Rene et Gabin this evening. The atmosphere is cafeteria style.For $63 (for 2 people) we got the skimpiest meal we have ever eaten in a restaurant. We left upset and hungry.We will not return nor will I recommend them.My $32 meal had two 2” ground patties and 1 and one half (yes 1/2) pieces of mergez (equivalent to Morrocan cigar) and a side order of mushrooms.In a full kosher restaurant the previous night I paid a meat meal 24$ and had to take some of it home as it was too much food.We felt we had to give an honest review. The first 2 reviews were what brought us to “Chez Rene et Gabin”.We had a VERY different experience than the two 5 star reviews.

First time in a Tunisian kosher restaurant, i had a blast tasting new dishes and taste from the Owner Stephane!Wife had the burger , she loved it ,Kids had chicken with delicious Home Fries.I had Pkeila and tasted the Mloukhia MUst try It!!!!
