Beautiful, clean and cute little shop with great indoor and outdoor seating, with delicious croissants, banana bread and good coffee. The chocolates look great as well, although I haven't tried them yet. This place is a gem, tucked away on the third floor of the Bal Harbour Shops.

Don’t be fooled by the store front and prices the chocolate and macaroons have mold do not buy! Please! I was kind to not make a scene in the store on macaroons having mold but then i saw the chocolate at home this is ridiculous! Save your money and your health please

After lunch and wandering around the shops, we needed coffee pick me up. Service was strange- wasn't busy and the girl seemed really stressed or just as if we were burdening her with our presence. Found it odd that a chocolatier wouldn't sell truffles by the piece despite them being displayed as such. Ended up getting dulce de leche macaroon and coffee. Waitress seemed very confused when my fiancé ordered a double espresso. Ended up changing to an americano in case she didn't know how to make it. Coffee was good as was the macaroon. But nothing to write home about.

I have come to this shop many times. The chocolate and coffee is good. The service on the other hand is completely unacceptable. Regardless of the prices they charge, I would not expect the service to be as bad at even a Mc Donald’s. The staff is incompetent and so slow in their service. Many times I have given up on ordering and left because they were taking so long to take orders and be efficient. Would not recommend for anyone who wants a semi pleasant experience and the management should be really worried given that the service, over many months, is always consistently terrible.

Very bad food, shame on them to call it chocolatier, we went their thinking we gonna get some choclate and goodies, we ended up with very dry macaroons, bad coffe, terrible icecream and very bad chocolate, save your money.

Worse customer service. We came after a very hot day to take a break and we HAD to seat somewhere in Bal Harbour. The waitress treats people with long faces and very moody, prices are outrageous and portions are ridiculous small. I love being treated as a guest and I'm grateful, this place is not a Recomended place to go a

Lovely shop that serves sandwiches and coffee. The chocolate looks delicious. Tables outside and inside. The sandwiches served on baguettes are large enough to share. Quality cortado and cappuccino.

Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! I'm not sure what I even ordered and don't care!! This beautiful dainty powder covered cookie had the most delicious surprise chocolate inside of it. My husband says the gelato was good, but I was so consumed with this cookie! I hate myself for not buying everyone she had. Also not asking what kind it was. That moment of heaven will be savored until I can return for more
