During our stay at the Hotel, we had the pleasure of attending the hotel’s signature Champagne Ceremony, held daily at 6 p.m. If you have the opportunity, don’t miss it — it’s a delightful experience that beautifully captures the elegance of the hotel. The champagne is excellent, and Gustavo, who also assisted us during our stay, delivered an outstanding presentation that made the evening truly memorable.

Whenever I’m in Bal Harbour for a shopping spree, a visit to The St. Regis Bar is a must. This place never disappoints — the elegant ambiance, refined selection of drinks, and exceptional service always make it a standout experience. A special thank you to Amilcar for treating us like royalty, and to Martha and Anthony for being so attentive. Their genuine hospitality and professionalism truly elevated our visit and made it unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming spot to unwind!

Nice hotel bar. They have live music some nights. The menu consists of food from both the Italian restaurant and the Asian restaurant. I would love if they added a few smaller bar bites.

The St. Regis Bar in Bal Harbour is an absolute gem. The customer service is excellent—attentive, friendly, and always making sure you’re having a great experience. The ambiance is effortlessly elegant, with chic décor that adds to the sophisticated yet relaxed vibe.

The drinks are where this place truly shines. I had the Mt. Fuji, a mezcal-based cocktail, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced with just the right smoky kick. You can tell the bartenders really know their craft, creating well-thought-out drinks that are both tasty and beautifully presented.

Please bear in mind that this review pertains specifically to the New Years Eve party thrown at the St. Regis. We paid an exorbitant amount for this celebration at the St. Regis Lounge (approx $150/pp) and I was extremely disappointed. We were promised a complimentary bottle of champagne each, and I had to repeatedly ask a server for my bottle. The live music was nice, but the DJ played music like we were at a bad kids' party. There was no emcee and I had expected that there would be the typical countdown (10, 9, 8..) to midnight, but there wasn't. I just heard some people screaming and the clock struck 12. Cariacature artist was a fun touch, the NYE necklaces and other party favours were nice, but would definitely not recommend this NYE Event to anyone.

Most of the staff is just lovely, the champagne opening at 6 PM is fun although we wish she had used a microphone so we could've heard every word. Bar is comfortable, not many vegan options sadly, we had to get the sushi roll every time we were there if we were hungry. Bartender Sergei is knowledgeable and knows how to make a good cocktail and modify .

This will be my first time ever writing a review about anything ever in the world in my life online. And I did it because my friend just told me that it’s very important to do these things. It’s 3:51 AM in Los Angeles .So it was at Art Basel week in Miami 2022, I’d been very sick for like two years and this was my first travel to just have a good time with my friends in Miami. I travel the world and I stay in some of the most luxury hotels ever, I’m very particular where I stay when I leave my home. I always want standards that match my home. I booked a 2 bedroom suit at the St Regis, it was about almost $5000 a night. I landed that morning and I get checked in I walk into the room. I’m gonna attach a video for you guys to see I was shocked I almost lost my mind it was so disgusting, the whole room , you can tell people had been partying in the room, the alcohol bottles were open, the bathrooms were dirty, the silvers wares dirty, the beds were not made I mean it was disgusting. You don’t understand like imagine paying $5000 a night for a room and you walk into the room and it’s dirty. disgusting. My friend was coming to join me. That’s why I took a two bedroom suite , when she showed up a few hours later, I told her to check up and I told her to check what’s going on because I don’t want to say anything because maybe I’m the one who is not OK I don’t want to be the one who complains about everything because I like things to be a certain way , I was already having anxiety attacks but she walked in and saw the same thing so we decided to call downstairs and report what was happening and the manager comes up and she does not help the situation. I have videos of my friend trying to explain what’s happening and she’s like literally not even trying to fully listen . What’s happening or even like be like oh I’m sorry blah blah blah no she starts going off on us is a two bedroom suite 5 dollars a night and we’re like you know what we’re gonna check out , we hadn’t even unpacked just refund us we’re gonna go somewhere else this woman calls the police on us. I have videos of the incident all of it I mean we don’t even understand why she did that, the police showed up and the police were confused like why would somebody even do that ?why will the manager of a hotel call the police on anybody? We weren’t yelling, I mean that was the most crazy incident I have ever had in my life and mind you I’ve been hospitalized for the last two years so I’ve not been dealing with regular individuals except doctors and nurses so for me to come out and want to go anywhere and had to deal with this it was crazy, typing this message I’m literally crying because I have never felt more unsafe in my life What was the reason that you were calling the police on two block women who were just trying to understand why the room was dirty or just give us a different room and you call the police for what?. And I asked to be refunded until today. It’s a year later I have never been refunded, I plan on filing a lawsuit against them and mind you. I have been a platinum member with Marriot for so many years because I’ve been with them since Spg days for more than literally 15yrs, half of my life , I’ve been with them since I was not even up to 15 years old, so this was really an incident that like I don’t know, I don’t even know how I can explain it but please watch the video to understand what I’m I’m telling you.do not go to this hotel. It is crazy , it was disgusting the way we were treated it was disgusting. We left from there and we booked a suite at the Ritz Carlton where they treated us so nicely , everybody was nice the staff was nice. We had a great time in Miami, but I’m still very triggered by the fact that the police was called and I’ve been a victim of police brutality, and that was very very hard for me and every time I just see the name st Regis I am literally spooked. I mean this has caused me a trauma. I don’t even know how to deal with where before I even go to stay in the hotel, I literally send somebody else to make sure everything is put toget

We were greeted with champagne upon arrival and the concierge took time to find us great dinner reservations. . We are Marriott members and were upgraded to an amazing suite; the room was fantastic, with two great balconies and two bathrooms. The lounge chairs on the balcony were very comfortable. The bathtub was a good size. The curtains blocked out all of the light, no gaps. The only things missing were a steamer and Bluetooth speaker. The room came with 2 butlers, which we never really understood their role. There was nightly turn down service. The pool areas were great, we never had to fight for a spot, but the pricey cocktails seemed to be lacking in alcohol. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer. The ceviche and some of the other lunch options were very tasty, just overpriced as expected. All of this was fantastic, but the front desk customer service as well as phone service was lackluster.

This is the worst service and staff I always say in a st Regis I am a Bonvoy gold I stayed in all at Regis hotels world wide and just asked for a early check in in my honey moon and the hot sad that it was only at 3.00 pm and my flight arrived at 6 am and they just sad stay at the lobby a terrible service

last year when I stayed, they had a coffee/tea cart in the lobby. Not one you pay for mind you are paying top dollar for this hotel. Went down this morning at 7am and it was gone. Guy at pastry shop says now you pay, not included. Makes no sense why you remove the little extra touches that mean a lot to people paying the most. on a good note, the gym was nice, free water and Gatorade and granola bars.

Our recent stay at The St. Regis was a delightful and family-friendly charm. The hotel's thoughtful touches, including kids' robes, shampoos, and a selection of toys, made our family feel truly pampered. Mornings at the on-site coffee shop became a cherished ritual, offering freshly brewed delights and delectable pastries. The sushi bar was a culinary adventure for all. The pool area, overlooking the beach was amazing. The seamless transition from pool to sand, picture attached. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return.
