Great ambiance and service. Medriocre menu, except for some items. Why is Sushi a 1/3 of the menu?
Brussels Sprouts were disappointing, no real cooking technique at all.
The French dip sandwich was good and so were the ribs.

I recently had lunch at Hillstone, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance is upscale yet relaxed, with dim lighting and comfortable seating that makes it perfect for a midday meal.
The menu had a great variety of options, from fresh salads to hearty sandwiches and entrees. I tried their famous cheeseburger, and it lived up to the hype – cooked to perfection with a juicy patty, fresh toppings, and a soft bun. The side of fries was crispy and well-seasoned. My dining companion ordered the Thai steak and noodle salad, which had a great balance of flavors with a nice spicy kick and tender steak pieces.
Service was attentive without being overbearing, and our food arrived promptly, even though the restaurant was fairly busy. Overall, Hillstone offers a quality lunch experience that feels like a treat. It’s on the pricier side, but the quality and service make it worth it. Perfect for business lunches, casual dining, or just treating yourself to a great meal.

We had a late lunch, three people, two males and a lady. Males were served first even two dishes were the same for the male and lady, about one minute later her food arrived.
The waiter never checked how the food was, he took the order and never came back.
Bad service and food was bellow average.

Will never go back to this restaurant. It comes off with a nice ambiance but didn’t even get to order before we had a bad experience. My boyfriend and I drove two hours to meet with some close friends at this establishment. The male manager stopped by the table and ask how we were doing. Upon trying to start conversation and ask questions about the restaurant he seemed to be annoyed. It rubbed us the wrong way why someone would ask how we are and when we try to engage and he gets irritated. We all decided to leave shortly after because it didn’t sit well with us.

The ribs with scarce meat are expensive, nothing to do with the one from Coral Gables, that is top notch. I have been going since 1998.

The worst service I have ever received from a restaurant was here at the BAR of the restaurant. While waiting for my reservation, the person told me that they were full and that if I wanted to wait at the bar, at that moment, 2 seats were free, so we sat down to eat there, because the light-eyed man stopped us and indicated that there was a list (which we know isn't true because we have always sat at the bar) and it was because they wanted to give the seat to 2 people who never took it since they had been given their table... They made us stop so that the seats would be "empty," it is a humiliation to a customer, that is where the Employee chases the customers away. I speak from experience because I own 3 restaurants and the service at the bar last night, Saturday the 19th, was the worst I have ever received.

I did not have the opportunity to dine here because I was not seated due to having a baby in a stroller. I was told they don’t allow babies in strollers. This is discrimination to its finest !
