Great dinning experience, our waiter was efficient & professional. Got delicious appetizers scallop ceviche served in its shell with delicious sauce, hamachi very good, escargot & salmon tartar all were done very well. Highly recommend the Trout & chicken pillard really good. Ending with cream brûlée was a nice finish to this delicious meal. Highly recommend

Every year I come into town, I always make sure to have dinner at Le Zoo: food is amazing and the service impeccable! Highly recommend this restaurant and their sister restaurant, Parc, in Rittenhouse Square (Philadelphia). Thanks for another great evening!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our brunch, menu offered a variety of great options but ended up choosing the Gruyère omelette, leaving room for an indulgent Profiterole dessert! Will most definitely return to try out some of the other delicious yummies. ??
Best restaurant at the Bal Harbour shops!. The food is great and have great selection of different dishes . I'm a regular. I live across the street. Le Zoo is my favourite resto in the neighborhood

My only concern was the lukewarm water we were served in our water glasses. I asked for a glass of ice and the waitperson brought it right away. My friend asked for more water about 3 times before getting some. Otherwise we enjoyed our lunch.

A few hours in Paris! We enjoyed a truly lovely experience, transported to another place....every dish looked and tasted delicious, the ambiance authentic, beautiful floor tiling, the lighting, and the service was responsive and expedient. (Haley). Coming back to enjoy the bar next time!

The place is very nice and wait staff is great. Food was really very ok. We had to return ribeye special, it was all fat, and very little meat was raw. Had to wait for appetizer for a long time, when it finally arrived it was so tiny, literally one bite. Was not worth the money at all.
Our waiter Christopher was amazing. We both have some allergies and dietary restrictions. He was patient and offered some easy alternatives. We are out on the patio and it was a bit loud, but lots of fun. I will absolutely be coming back.

Food was delicious! We love the restaurant for a casual lunch or a date night dinner. I had the pasta special with truffles and lobster! Excellent! Salads , seafood all great. Highly recommend
Order taken by our server in timely manner however 1 item came out incorrect and our tuna tartare didn't show up til we reminded the server at which point we were told there's a backup in the kitchen and cooking was taking longer than usual- tuna tartare is raw and needs no cooking. Manager was alerted to issues and he made sure to try to better the experience. Main course brought out at same time, all correctly. We were asked if we wanted to order dessert - said no thanks and then our bill was brought over. We paid and then server said if we want dessert the manager is offering one complimentary- we declined.

Ahora lo que deben mejorar mucho es en las bebidas. El Negroni vino lleno de hielos pequeños que se derriten pronto y se hacen agua. Se sirve con un hielo bien grande. La cerveza en una copa baja diminuta. Una vergüenza para que la cobren 11 USD. El pan que ofrecen es malísimo. La atención de una chica polaca muy buena. En definitiva comida aceptable, lindo ambiente pero muchas cosas por mejorar.

We decided to visit LeZoo for dinner on Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The truffle pizza was amazing, but the steak frites and trout amandine didn't meet expectations. The steak was undercooked despite my request for it to be well done, and the fries were served cold. Although we had some challenges with the service, as our server was not readily available, and the crème brûlée dessert was not up to par, the ambiance and the company of great people around us made the evening pleasant. Overall, while there were some shortcomings in the food and service, the atmosphere and the company made the visit enjoyable.

Slow service. Very noisy. Food mediocre and very expensive. Added a scallop to my scallop dinner ( 2 are offered)). Each scallop 12$ !!! Crazy !! Good waiter seemed overworked. Not worth a revisit. Used to be better. Not returning.

Service was terrible!! Most unusual as we live here permanently and eat there frequently. There were lots of new staff who need better training. It was somewhat embarrassing as we took out-of-town guests there for dinner. Toilets were not well maintained (IE: No toilet paper and hand towels at 7:30 pm). Hopefully this was just a hiccup.
