Stuck in the drive through for almost 30 minutes, must be feeding the cow one last meal prior to being butchered

Staff was terrible waited 30 minutes for 3 hamburgers. The older lady in charge totally acted like she hated being there. She was angry because we asked for a print out of are order. And she was having a hard time. Because the printer was unplugged. And no one was helping her plug it back in. All the other works did was walk around instead of filling orders. And the older lady just kept having melt downs. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked about my order and the older lady yelled WE ARE GETTING IT MAM. After finally getting my order with no apology for waiting. I got to the car and my Double whopper was a regular whopper. I didn't even want to deal with them again so I left. I like Burger King better than McDonald's but next time I'm in Baldwin I will be going to the McDonald's next door instead of this Nightmare place.

Well, the usual french fries were not cooked "crispy". The double cheese burger, chicken nuggets and the fountain drink were good, though.
Still can't understand, with all of the latest culinary cooking research, instructions, and technologies, why the french fries at so many restaurants cannot be cooked "crispy", cooked consistently "crispy", as they are supposed to be.
Due to french fries being consistently undercooked, it's a wasted food item to purchase to me.

The dining room is disgusting! Traah everywhere! The staff acts like you are an inconveinence to their day and have no proffencialism at all!

I ordered a double Whooper and I received a Whooper. I know you don’t need a college degree to work there but you should at least know how to read the orders on the screen. I shouldn’t have to unwrap every burger in the car to make sure the order is correct. SMH 👎

It was terrible. Service wad bad. We wound up walking out without our food and money that we had already paid at the kiosk. This was definitely the worst experience with Burger King.

Store is now dressed up for Christmas holiday. Looks clean and immaculate, food was made fresh. Bravo!

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before even getting to order. As everytime the guy would take half my order, say sorry please hold one sec, then disappear. After doing this 3 times, and me holding my horn down after waiting 20 minutes, he has me pull up to the window to order saying he couldn't hear me through the speaker. Maybe he'd hear people if he'd take his stupid ear buds out and actually listen to customers. Then he gives me my food. Parts of it are missing. Have to park and go in where I'm ignored for another 10 to 15 min. But I paid for these items, I'm getting them, finally tell someone what's missing, they get started making it. They give my order to somebody else. She comes back in, gives me my order and then has to wait for hers. Poorly run. Horribly disorganized. Awful place.

I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal with extra lettuce and heavy tomato, which they charge extra for. It took too long because they were short staffed, yet the staff they had wasted time being chatty and trying to be a comedian instead of just filling the order Then, what I got was one of the worst sandwiches that I have ever had. It was just the chicken with lettuce and mayo that had been microwaved....making the lettuce limp.

Checked bag before pulling away from window & noticed I wasn't given the bbq sauce I ordered. I had to sit at the window until I was noticed, but only to be told they had no bbq sauce. Wasn't told to have a good day, nor was I given a thank you for my spending my hard earned cash there. I also wasn't given napkins, but I didn't realize it until I got down the road. Nuggets nasty, look & taste like they were cooked in old greese. Given a coffee stirrer in place of a straw. Burger & fries were good. Coke zero was not up to par. Crazy day at BK, not having it my way at all.

The drive thru cashier kept rushing us for our order then when we got to the window the pulled us to the front of the building. I understand they are trying to get their dt times down but at least let me look at the menu board(which is so far away it's hard to read). Then to top it off they got my order wrong.

Burger Kings are generally the worst run fast food places. Corporate management should take note. Super friendly guy working the front counter, says he got me, had to repeat the order several times. Super long wait, get in the car and the order is still wrongly made. This store is nothing more then a truck stop for bathroom breaks. They do make a good chicken sandwich when your order is made right.
