Ok this is not normal tonight the crew went and specially it was the manager who was definitely making people happy. Now while I hate the whole kiosk thing and I wont use them. She came over took my order and went back putting orders together. As she was bagging my order she noticed the fries were not real fresh and rather than give me or the other customers them she dumped them all and made fresh. Its not often now a days do you see anyone care about making things right. So ty I appreciate it

The fries were overcooked, the chicken stripe had a vein of muscle, or something, that made them tough. The ice tea was good. It wasn't the cleanest one I've ever been to. It was around 11am, so there wasn't a lunch crowd yet. McDonalds need to up their game, this location does for sure

Slow unfriendly nothing has changed waiting in line line then get to window placed not complicated order after 30 minutes they finally took our money and then said pull forward for order that it would be an additional 6 minutes nope unacceptable they were rude acting confused and ill equipped so yes we ask for our money back and went to the location in macclenny great service and kind associates more people need to stand up for poor customer service with these inflated prices

Ever since y'all switched the night crew at this location the service has been horrible it like they don't even try burnt or undercooked fries mcdoubles going out instead of double cheeseburgers the attention paid in that place now is pathetic I've been going there multiple nights a week for 10 years and I'm starting to consider finding somewhere else

My husband been getting breakfast there for the past few days and he said every time he goes to the drive through, there is white older lady worker the drive through that is always rude to him. She messes up his order on top of giving him an attitude every time he goes there in the morning. My husband will hold his tongue but not me. Something needs to be done about it asap. I dont know if its a racist thing she has against my husband or just hates her job. She shouldn't be working in a place like that if she is going to be like that towards people.
