Waited in the drive thru and nobody even acknowledged us. The only person who seemed to show up for work was the homeless person. Should give him a job, probably would do a better job.

Horribly understaffed. Waited 40 minutes for our food. Can’t find anyone to give a refund once they have your credit card in the kiosk. Avoid if you’re in a hurry.

I don't usually eat at McDonald's but today it was fast and easy the fish was fresh and hot and the fries were just out of the fryer hot the whole time I ate them.

Employees were very rude and in there own world on there phone and slammed door in my face before I could finish “ hey how’s it going”
$20 = 4 skinny cheeseburgers with thin chewy buns, 1 small pickle each nothing else, 2 medium fries, fried in yucky tasting heavy unknown oil, and 2 medium,* seemingly watered down cokes. Our last visit ever to any McDonald's. * cups marked WcDonalds and upside down M. Wrapping confirmed was a McDonald's.

I normally come to this McDonald’s when I’m on this side of town because the service used to be really good. I guess they went ahead & hired some new people or something because the service isn’t what it used to be. I understand it’s fast food but if I’m paying money then I expect to get what I paid for.

The order was hot and correct. Everything was in the bag, except Silverware had to go back in for that. While inside a couple walked out as no one was taking orders, they seemed to be taking kiosk orders only. We had ordered on the app.
