My order was a pizza and two spaghetti dishes, which I couldn't use. It was extremely bad, and it went straight to the trash automatically. It cost me $60 for two spaghetti dishes and a pizza with two sodas. The least of it was the amount, but the fact that I couldn't use it because the spaghetti practically poured the sauce out of the can and put it on top of the slightly reheated spaghetti.

Does not accept customers that are not staying at the hotel. Shouldn’t be listed as available to eat at.

The employees are very rude, especially the kitchen staff.
Chicken Alfredo was bland and chicken dry.
Pizza was ok but you have to pay extra if you want pepper flakes. You get 2 small packages for a 16" pie
Wing over cook, you get one sauce per order of wings and have to pay extra for more sauce.
If I can give zero Star I would of.

The pizza is alright it’s nothing amazing. But the staff and the service was terrible. The staff sees you standing waiting for someone to speak to them and they see you and just keep on walking by as if you’re not there. They had a mess and something was burning. I heard someone there say must be the wings…. But yeah Mr Antonio needs to get rid of this staff and hire new ones that know what they are doing. I will
Never order from this place. Oh and this pizza has a large crust like the cheese and stuff are in the middle with like 3 inches of nothing towards the crust. Terrible

After ordering my son told me her had heard the redheaded lady that took our order say she was not a people person an asked what that meant not only that they spent mour time talking about other people then worrying about making food

We waited extremely long at the register for our order to be take our order. Seemed like an effort to take our order.

I was told there is no spaghetti, yet customers after us were served spaghetti. Our order was for 2 pizzas and 2 pastas. Our order was number 52, my toddler started crying after the first 40mins and my husband took him to the room. I kept waiting and asked about our order twice because at that time order 76 was being served.

Staff were standing with their back to customers and not preparing food, but talking or standing around. When they got to the 80's yet another 15mins later I asked for a refund. They talked to each other in English at first then changed to another language, not communicating with me in what was happening further. Not once did anyone explain what the hold up or issue was.
They made another mistake and voided the transaction meaning they could refund it unless they recharge. A manager finally came - no apologies or explanation instead annoyance and telling me they are trying to train their staff. I asked foe an explanation and why other customer after us have been served. She said their orders are just spaghetti - the same things our kids wanted but we were told they didn't have...
I asked for a cash refund and training to not further delay our refund or meal time, it was already after 9pm.

Training issues should never hold customers up. Solve the problem for the customer first and handle staff after. Hopefully you get staff that want to work and tend to customers.

The pizza was ok and price was a little high, but about normal for a hotel/water park. The cheese was very creamy for a pizza cheese, it was weird, I still have 2 pieces from this weekend. I'm struggling to eat because it's weird. The crust and sauce are decent.

Pizza and Pasta this good just hits different after a day at Disney. It was prepared quickly, and was very tasty indeed.Chicken Alfredo : 10/10Cheese Pizza : 10/10$4 Mac : 7.5/10It feels like catering quality. The crust and cheese are excellent, the only improvable would be the sauce. The 16" Cheese Zah is very sufficient for three adults.Staff was friendly. We spent $45 with a tip to feed our family of five, but we shared.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Open concept leaves a lot of room to spread out and be a kid.

Let me just start off by saying I used to come here religiously a few years ago. I even let the owner at the time out menus under the doors at my hotel. Food was always dynamite and I loved the slices they used to sell. NOW! They don’t have wait service but they expect you to leave a tip when you pay. Truffle fries were dry and sprinkled with Parmesan. Nooo truffle oil. Pizza could def be a little crispier, bad flop. Asked for a side of dipping sauce and after paying was asked to pay for more. I only give the one star to the kid at the front whom I felt bad for, because he even gave me the “yeah I know, the owner is a cheapskate”. Look. He was a nice kid too. This place used to be poppin. Must be a new owner. Poor quality, staff in the back more concerned with their cell phones, and yeah, I probably will stick to another next time
