Probably the worst service experience I’ve had in many years. There were about 40 people ahead of me in line. It took over 2 HOURS before we finally got our food. This is not complicated stuff. Hot dogs, fries, chicken tenders. Management and system in place are atrocious. Zero sense of urgency by employees.

The wait time is inexplicably long. Like so long you wonder if they are open. It's not a complicated menu and it's like the employees have no idea how to operate the ordering and payment system. Skip it, seriously you will think the line is so short don't be fooled even with 2 people ahead of you it will take 30 min.

Even though we ordered online and were told to come back in half an hour to pick up, when we came to pick up it turned out it was a free-for-all, and you have to push and ask for your order. So waiting politely is irrelevant. The food is barely edible. There is no convenient place to sit by, because the five tables they have are always full. Noisy and unpleasant. The worst that the fast food concept has to offer.
