For a Hilton hotel, it can be better than nice without more, very pleasant and very kind staff

We got breakfast from the Fresco Deli - we got the Big Burrito and The Club. The portions were great and the food was delicious. We also got the meat lovers pizza from the Toscana Bar and Grill. Truthfully we’ve had better pizza but it did fulfill a need.I do like that Tuscany Village has food options on the property even though there are other places nearby. It’s walking distance and it’s open late enough that you can get a bite at a decent time.

For a resort deli I guess I had higher expectations - like well made, fresh, food with quality ingredients, but that wasn’t always the case. It’s more like pre-cooked and microwaved hotel food, think Panera in a really nice setting.I got a Sammy on day one that was just two precooked egg rounds (like the ones served at hotel complementary breakfast buffets) on toast with cheese and a generous portion of bacon (like the bacon served at hotel complementary breakfast buffets). It was tasted just like it sounds.Day 2 I had an Asiago Bagel sandwich which had actual scrambled eggs but the microwave made the bagel soggy instead of toasty. I still ate it because it tasted good, but it could have been better. On the plus side the tots they serve are spot on and the coffee is quality and well brewed. The staff is very welcoming and nice.

This is in a private resort. No access unless you are a resort guest. Shouldn't even be an option for outside people.

They have incompetent employees taking orders. They don't understand basic English without having to repeat ourselves numerous times. I had to punch the order in myself on her monitor screen ? only 2 items I ordered, yet took 10 minutes to get that done. And another 30 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches. And only 3 guest. So it wasn't even busy. I highly recommend hiring people who literally understand basic English and know how to speak English. The women working were from Haiti, if they were latina america, maybe it be easier considering most of us in Florida either know english or Spanish
We enjoyed the food, and the staff was very helpful. We ate inside once, but usually got our food and took it to the pool area. I actually look forward to coming back as we had a blast at the resort.

Breakfast was good it's a good place for breakfast at the resort as long as you don't want table service. It's more like a grab and go. You can take it to your room or they have a few tables to sit at. They also have outdoor tables.

Excellent food, great service. A bit pricy, but it was convenient when all other places were closed on Christmas day
Staff is wonderful and so friendly. Ordered pizza to go back to the room.
Nice people. But one thing my wife learned the hardway is: if your In to Dr. Pepper.... Florida is not for you.. ?
