Very expensive, even for Disney. The waffle cone is a sugar cone, not waffle. I got the apricot sorbet and it was very tasty. Just not a good value for the size.

This is not real Gelato. Leaves a film and was too sweet. Nothing like Italy. The service was terrible, Slow and rude. Do not waste your time or money.

Nice on a hit day but what was served to me was ice cream, NO GELATO. if you’re going to serve a high price product, please make sure you’re actually serving that product. I ordered the cookies and cream and it tasted nothing like gelato. It tasted like a typical American cookies and cream ice cream.

Rude and unfriendly workers serving. Cashier was nice, but they forgot my order and even when I politely showed the receipt (multiple people that were behind me were getting served before me), the worker acted like it was my fault. In addition, she served me a frozen limoncello that was all ice and didn’t top it nicely as those getting them before me. Worst service I’ve had in WDW in my 22 years of going.
