The Ultimate Bilao is an absolute feast, beautifully presented, packed with variety, and bursting with flavor, offering savory meats, perfectly cooked seafood, and well-tied-together sides. Guests have enjoyed dishes like Sinigang, Pancit, Topsilog, Bistek, and Halo-Halo, all of which were delicious. The lumpia was noted for being very meaty and well-filled, while the pork belly was grilled nicely and packed with flavor. Siopao and fried lumpia (shanghai) are also recommended. Chicharon bulaklak was good according to some guests, and pork BBQ was very good. However, kwek-kwek did not hit the right texture and flavor, and bulalo didn't quite hit the spot for one visitor. Fried rice has a noticeable texture difference, and while some found the Halo-Halo refreshing, others felt it needed improvement. The oxtail kare-kare had a nice thick peanut sauce and was super tender, and the veggie selections were well-received.

The place is clean and attractive, with lots of parking and enough space to accommodate big groups. It has booth seating and can handle large gatherings comfortably. Although there can be a bit of a wait for items like the Ultimate Platter since everything is made to order, getting a starter first is recommended.
