I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was rude and unprofessional from the start, and things only got worse. I went with a few friends who ordered the all-you-can-eat option. I tried a couple pieces of their sushi, and without any warning or explanation, the restaurant secretly charged me the full $40 all-you-can-eat price. When I questioned it, they argued and claimed they had “explained this policy” to me earlier but they absolutely did not. There was zero communication about this rule before I was charged, and their attitude when I brought it up was extremely dismissive and rude. I left the restaurant feeling angry and disappointed. The lack of transparency and customer respect is shocking. I will never eat here again, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value honesty and good service.

I'm actually shocked this place has a 4.9 stars rating. When we arrived, the restaurant was literally empty with 2 tables filled, we requested a table for 4, and the lady said wait, she has to check if there are tables available???? Red flag #1. We should have taken that as a hint and left, but we just came from a school recital and wanted to have dinner before we head home.
We had high hope, after all it is rated 4.9 stars, but the food was shockingly bad. Lets start with the appetizer, the Gyozas was packaged frozen dumplings and then deep fried, you honestly cannot mess this up, it tasted like packaged dumplings.
I had the Octopus Boss, and it was disgusting, it was served on spinach, onions, and potato, the dish was bitter and the Octopus was not seasoned, this is by far the worst food I have ever eaten in a restaurant.
The fried rice tasted like homemade, not in the good way, it was edible but very mediocre for a highly rated Japanese restaurant.
Then we had the King Dragon, which comes with a dragon roll, nigiri, and sashimi. The dragon roll was on the small size, but it tasted okay, but the nigiri was not properly made, the tuna actually fell off of the rice, I have never had nigiri that bad. The tuna for the nigiri and the sashimi was the lowest grade of tuna, it was like a tasteless gum, I ate 1 piece and couldn't believe it, I left the rest on the plate.
Finally we had a Steak Parmigiana, I can't tell you if it was good or not, my daughter took 1 bite and she didn't want it anymore.
We boxed the food to go but throw it out on the way to the car. IT WAS BAD.

The food is definitely good. However, our waiter seemed rather annoyed by us. And still we had to pay service charge of 20% because it’s already “included”. We couldn’t choose our tip. So if you go for the all you can eat, just consider that you won’t be paying 40$, you’ll end up paying 56$ including service charge and drinks.
