Poor management, lots of queuing and waiting. Rather than controlling the orders they'd rather have dozens of customers herded to the small end trying to listen out to the one person giving out the orders. Inefficient operation here, maybe use if empty or avoid if busy and try the Joffreys round the corner. Disappointing service and wait and the park wasn't even that busy.

A very entertaining Starbucks with a friendly lady at the entrance who greeted happily and gave the little ones some stickers. Great variety of products and some glasses with tiny decorations. The service was fast and the staff friendly.

Normally not an advocate for Starbucks due to the over crowded, over cost, and over worked staff. Surprisingly this one had a park full of people in it and was cranking out beverages and cold waters quickly for park goers. I have to say this is a well oiled machine of a Starbucks that deserves recognition from not regular patrons. Our drink orderer Stella was phenomenal with her park knowledge and very informative with locations unheard of by my party. We ordered strawberry refreshers with sides of water to go. There is also cups in water in the condiment sections if you’re not willing or wanting to wait in line.

It's the Starbucks we know and love inside Disney's Hollywood Studios! They have pretty much everything a Starbucks has, including specialty drinks, cake pops, Disney specialty items (mugs/ snacks), and more! They are open during park hours and can get busy, but they are usually very quick to get your order out. Service is always very good, drinks are as good as always, and they have great little snacks like the wookie Cream Pie sandwich. Definitely a fan and recommend a stop for an energy boost during your visit to Hollywood!
