I visited the Brickell location and we had a wonderful experience. The manager Dana came to our table and greeted us right out. She came around a few times and checked on us and assisted the server in picking us the dishes. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and it was the best one I have ever had. It came with a lot of fixings and lots of flavor. The patio area was inviting and had lots of sitting for people watching. Visiting Miami, I saw PF Chang close to my hotel...no doubt, I made a dinner reservation. Rihanna was the kind waiter. Cocktail perfect, delicious appetizers and tasty entrée. It's a pit we do not have PF Chsng's in São Paulo too. ?

Shocked that a P F Chang could be so disappointing on a Friday at lunchtime. Had a meeting scheduled so felt that a meal at P F Chang would be better than a fast food place. The service was slow - the waiter made a halfhearted attempt to work with us and then tried to deliberately avoid approaching the table. Yet had a lovely experience at the same place 5 years ago and decided without hesitation that the place would be about the same. Big mistake.
