Stopped in here with y family after driving for 3 1/2 hours. We needed a bathroom break and some food. This place was not welcoming at all! Ordered a kids meal and asked for milk, was told they were out of milk, asked for apple juice, was told they were out. I asked for ketchup and was told they were out. How is this possible? Is it poor management? Has corporate neglected this location? The woman behind the counter didn’t even seem helpful or even sorry they didn’t have simple items such as ketchup. Save yourself the time and don’t stop here.

I love Burger King but all the stores need to switch to lunch by 10:30 in rural communities where most of us et breakfast by 5 or 6 so 10:30 is lunch time!

Terrible, I was one of 3 cars in drive through. Took over 20 minutes. Asked if I could add a juice box to my order at the window and was told I couldn’t add to my order or do a separate transaction. Asked for BBQ sauce with my nuggets but didn’t have any in my bag. When I asked about it the woman at the window said she told me they were out of BBQ sauce which wasn’t true. Got home and the food was terrible. Fries were undercooked, nuggets tasted like they were fries in old grease and I got Diet Coke instead of coke like I asked. One star is honestly a stretch for how my experience went.

Went to order and was told they didn't have the meal I wanted it was the new Wednesday meal but the car in front me ordered it and I saw it in the screen and it was after they dropped so there wasn't a reason for it not to be available I just got told it wasn't available to the public yet a different car had ordered just seconds ago and they were laughing like hyenas through the microphone. Extremely unprofessional. Always leaves my food cold when I order. Restrooms are a mess. Staff is stuck up. Drive thru mobile orders you never get on time. They force you to wait in certain areas so their times don't mess up even though they should with the amount of times they're backed up, maybe then it'll get the proper attention from corporate. The food is always given incorrectly and I can't be constantly coming back just for them to fix their screw up. Wasting gas for my order to get fixed when it should've been right from the beginning.

Getting food here is so slow. They make people wait behind the black bar or make you reverse to go back so that their times look better. Even then they're still super slow! Ordered today on the app, took 20 mins to get the meal and even then some of it was missing. The new burger king is a big downgrade from the old one.

Love this restaurant! For starters, this restaurant looks a million times better than the older one nearby. The service is good and the staff are friendly. My food always comes out fresh, and there is plenty of space in the dining area. They also accept an adqeuete range of payments. Parking is free. 5 stars! 😁👍

I went through the drive-through to order. I was ordering multiple meals because it was for multiple people. When I go to order the second meal In a judgmental tone , she was telling me what it was. Like I don’t know what I’m ordering. I pull up to the window after ordering all of my food. The cashier (an older lady with a white cap ) was talking about me right in front of my face without closing the window making comments like I don’t cook, somebody else is cooking in the house because I paid $60 on food and compared it to it being the same amount as a bill. And she didn’t hand me my receipt because she was so ready to clock out so the person that took over couldn’t even hand to me
