If you want to get Good customer service please go in the morning. Don’t ever go after 11 o’clock. It is horrible. They tell you they don’t take orders over the intercom because they’re doing shift change. That is so ridiculous. How do you as a business expect to make money. They are very rude very nasty and intentionally do not answer!

This Dunkin in Belle Glade is a straight-up embarrassment. I placed a mobile order, walked in, and my stuff was just sitting behind the counter like I’m supposed to jump over and grab it myself. Of course, one item was missing. When I asked about it, the girl smacked her teeth, rolled her eyes, and started patting her head like her weave was too tight to think straight. The attitude was disgusting. Like, why are you mad that I want the food I paid for?
The whole place is loud, ghetto, and unprofessional. All I heard was the workers complaining non-stop about their jobs like they’re being forced to be there. No customer service, no care, no shame. They act like because it’s the Glades, they can treat people any kind of way. You would never see this level of ratchet behavior at a Dunkin on the coast.
Corporate needs to come shut this dump down or clean house from top to bottom. This location is a damn disgrace.

By far the worst service for Dunkin'! Some stuff is not friendly at all. If you complain about their product ( e.g., coffee is not hot), blame will immediately come to customers. Drive-throw has had worse service recently. You may spend a long time in your car waiting without hearing anything from staff. Then, blame will be directed at you!
Please train your employees!

The wrong order was taking. The time to get service is the pts. You have to wait at least 10 minutes or longer in line to order. Drive thru needs to do better.
