The wrong order was taking. The time to get service is the pts. You have to wait at least 10 minutes or longer in line to order. Drive thru needs to do better.

this is by far the worse service I've ever received at the store they give you old cold food the employees are rude and and an have no training the store is nasty an dirty if you ask where your order is the manager tells the employees not to talk to the customers I watch 3 employees wipe there face after coughing then right back to touching the food without washing there hands the health department needs to look into the store an Corporate office needs to hire new management Or train them better I will be calling the health department and there main office

I was in drive thru this morning for over 15 minutes! After saying hello 3 times in the intercom to get somebody/anybody's attention I was told to wait & they only have 3 people working. So i waited patienly then after anothe 5 min i said hello and asked can i please at least go ahead and order my coffe? By this time the line was backed up! The person working the drive thru window told me "Ma'am I refuse to serve uou! Now have a nice day!"

Stopped in for a snack with the kids. Earthell was very friendly and took pride in the cleanliness of the space. Would stop in again!

I visited dunkin donuts this morning. I usually go everyday at 5am-6am and have zero issues. This morning i went and ordered my food per usual through drive through the cashier "man" seems angry he rushes my order wont give me a opportunity to finish my sentence when ordering, then as im looking for my card he pushes items into my hand and then gets sarcastic saying "come on Nurse", i couldnt believe this. I wont be returning. I am a nurse by profession and have had some chats early in the morning with a few employees because i have been a customer so long however that cashier- coffee maker just started like 2-3 months ago is rude and i dont deserved to be rush, disrespected nor the sarcasm. I am appauld he is works at this establishment it comes across as indirect bullying.
