Utterly ridiculous! Food was disgusting. Waited all this time just to be disappointed like my ex-husband. Over the past few weeks, the food has gone down hill. The dumplings used to be good, I’m not sure what happened! They used to have such sweet servers. Now these young ladies treat you as if you are interrupting THEIR time. How dare I try to order my un-sweet tea! Absolutely do NOT recommend!

Food was good but took 25 mins to get food. Waitress couldn't answer any questions about the menu. She looked like a deer in headlights when we asked what was on the sandwiches. Only answer she gave us was I don't know. Wasn't worth the wait for us.

I just had the worst Cuban Sandwich ever. There was only one slice of ham, no pork, no cheese, it looked more like a flat bread sandwich. I will never order a Cuban sandwich from Norman’s again. A young spanish girl served me, she appeared to be mad,she was unpleasant she should have stayed home. Lesson learned…never again.

Really good drive-thru store. Line can get a bit long but it's fine.
