I tried to order on line but due to the poor WiFi reception couldn’t get that done however instead of the $13.99 for the 2 large The Works pizza I paid $24 each and this is one hell of a mark up for just coming to the PapaJohn’s store. It took them a minimum of 15 minutes just to see if I wanted to order. I have been a very loyal customer for many years but you have lost one now! They didn’t even ask me my name, just “White Boy” if that isn’t racism I really don’t know what is. My pizza boxes even ha “White Boy” to identify my pizza. One must be black to get treated correctly at Papa John’s?

The people who works at this location is rude they never take accountability for what they did wrong and still waiting on my refund from 5 weeks ago they keep answering the phone putting me on hold and the manager makes it no better she so loud and disrespectful i will never order from this place again until they get new

Horrible experience. Ordered a pizza online and was told when I came to pick it up that they “gave it away by accident” to someone with a similar first name. Then when I discussed with them I still wanted my pizza (mostly because I had already paid online) and they agreed to make a new one (we went over the exact order) I waited an additional 15 minutes to go back in only to find out they “got confused” and never made my pizza again like they said they would. So I had to wait again for 15 more minutes for my pizza. So someone got a free pizza (my original order) and I am sure they came back for the one they ordered too and I am the one waiting 45 minutes and was spoken to rudely the whole time. I have had previous good experiences with this location but this is ridiculous.
