The person waiting on us kept saying she didn't feel good and wanted to go home she acted like we were bothering her I've worked for a Subway before and I know you're supposed to ask certain questions of what you want on your sub or what kind of bread we weren't even asked any of that we just got what she gave us or when I told her what we want it didn't have the churro or the chocolate chip cookie when I asked for a sweet onion teriyaki sandwich she said we don't have it we just have a number whatever which is a sweet onion teriyaki sandwich I didn't get it

Hole in the wall has station Subway. Food was edible, bit didn't look appetizing. Staff is kind of rude, until you initiate conversation. Pretty dingy atmosphere connected to the gas station.

Everytime I have placed on online ordered it is never ready. The order will only be prepared once I get to there, which defeats the purpose of an online pick-up.

Different sandwich artist but they have the same rude attitude every time. Flat bread was raw on one occasion. Not well trained with the menu items. Training employees are left alone not knowing what to do during dinner rush. lines always backed up if someone is getting more than one item. you can tell employees moral is way down even if they just started at the location due to poor managment and being under staffed. Would give zero stars if I could.

If I could give this Restaurant a ZERO star I would!!This message is a complaint for this store. I have placed 2 separate orders for sandwiches in the subway app. It was charged from my debit card but the employees of this store apparently never received the order and never made the sandwiches. I tried to cancel my order in the app but it’s was not possible I tried calling the store few minutes later in the same day and their phone is out of service. My order was charged never made it and I never received my sandwiches. Very bad store, giving out poor poorly nasty service and trashing SUBWAY RESTAURANT a bad name!!!

This location is usually under staffed and their inventory is out of, or short all the time. Do not bother placing an online or app if you're wanting to save time; more likely than not it will not be prepared until you get there. It just seems like they have very poor management. My last online order was unfulfilled due to inventory and no one could issue a refund or credit. I'm being generous with the one star rating.
