The food, awesome. Best Wendy's I ever had. The service was pretty good, but the store itself, it has a logo from the 1900's, the restaurant had multiple flies, and the place wasn't clean itself.

On the long drive between Homestead and Orlando where there isn't much to stop, we were happy to find Wendy's because we were starting to get hungry. The Son of Baconator is very good. The place is a bit remote and the waitress didn't seem happy to be there but the experience was good.

This location is terrible everytime I’ve came here it’s always a 30 minute wait time even if your the only person there that ordered - the food is always cold so I don’t understand why they take so long. There always missing something from the order and they don’t even put napkins in the bag

The most rudest place there is in belle glade! I’ve waited in line for 40 minutes to get food thrown in my bag and nothing wrapped up correctly and I didn’t even get everything I paid for. They won’t answer the phone and when asked in person why my food looks like this, they’re very disrespectful! And I was told that’s what I paid for. I will be calling Monday morning to corporate! I’ve never been so disappointed in my families favorite restaurant!

Service very discausting, waiting 15 minutes, they act like we are invisible, using multiple time ring bell, asking if anybody work there,no service at all, left, the owner should fire everybody worked there

This is a branch of Wendy's that is better to drive past. The staff are friendly, but hopelessly overwhelmed. The burger was dry and tasteless, as were the fries. There is also junk lying around in the corner. Too bad. Wendy's can be so good. Unfortunately not here.

If I could give negative stars I would. The employees are rude and disrespectful. Food not handled properly ~ using safe food handling procedures. OLD OLD fries mixed with new ones. Had a burger prepared mistakenly ~ just sitting there for Awhile and when someone ordered that particular one they gave them that one instead of making them a fresh one. Cookies were overdone and Hard. Bathroom is filthy. Lobby disgusting - tables sticky, chairs dirty. When a lady asked for a different cup, because something was floating in her soda, they told her she'd have to pay for it. This place should be shut down. Despicable
