Excellent food and service. Can be noisy but very festive.

We have been regular patrons of Bonefish Grill for years, but unfortunately, this latest experience has ensured we won’t be returning. We attended a dinner pairing event expecting a special evening, but it turned into a complete fiasco.

The food was cold, the steak was served with no temperature options (all cooked the same for everyone), and the service was practically nonexistent. To make matters worse, when we brought up our concerns, the manager, Svete, responded with a smirk, saying he was “sorry he can’t please us,” but it was clear he didn’t care because, according to him, “everyone else likes it.”

This level of dismissiveness and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. There are many other dining options out there, and we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. We hope Bonefish takes this feedback seriously, as this is not the level of service or quality we once appreciated.

Given a 3 on food because the alcohol prices are ridiculous, refuse to buy here, they are hurting and will be closing restaurants soon

Joseph was my waiter how respectful, kind, funny just all around great service provided would ask for him when we go back. The manager John was walking around talking to guest even told a waitress one of her tables food was up and go serve it to the customer he was on the ball seems like a great person to work for watching out for all guests and staff.
We usually go to the one on 54 but this location was just as friendly, clean great hot food came out!

Thanks Joseph and John

I was treated to this very nice restaurant. Food is good, and service is well paced. Higher quality restaurant equals higher prices, but all in all, a nice place for a date. I felt special.

Being a value oriented consumer, I thought the portions were on the small size. Yet I recommend going and seeing for yourself. Enjoy.

Parking: Expensive drinks. Yet $7 Martini s on Mondays.

Absolutely delish! Server Jeff was on point! Great suggestion on the Evening's Special Shrimp Dish. Side of Pumpkin Ravioli & Dessert Pumpkin Creme Brulé. Flavors impeccable! Think it's become one of my favorites, that I'd like to enjoy again. Very nice dining experience enjoyed on a Sunday evening while taking My Mom out for Dinner (she enjoyed a light meal of Corn Chowder & Lump Crab Soup, Signature Sangria and we shared the dessert...ooh la la). Thank you Bonefish Grill of Belleair Bluffs!

Vegetarian options: Pumpkin Ravioli :}

I have not been to a bonefish in over 6 years and decided to try them again. They have not changed much.

I will say the place is nicely decorated and the workers a polite. The food came out quickly and hot!

However this place falls short in two categories.

The portions a super small and the cost is much higher than what you get.

I ordered the calamari and bang bang shrimp for appetizer and the surf and turf. The turf was a sirloin and I asked for medium rare. It was so small that it was only three bites. It came out well down and It was like chewing leather. The surf was only four small scallops.

I don’t recommend this place and it reminds me why I will never came back.

The manager on staff Wednesday October 2 at 6:30 is one of the most disrespectful customer service employees I've ever come in contact with.
I attempted to pick up a doordash order like I have done 6000 previous times. I sat and waited in the exact spot in the restaurant staff asked me to.
Staff told me the restaurant didn't have the order so I followed doorsash protocol exactly. Called support had them send a new order number and asked the employee to check. She said they had a tablet in the back and she would check.
Then the manager comes back out instead of the staff and gets right in my face. He asks me if I have a problem in a confrontational manner right off the bat. I calmly explained that I have to call doordash support so they can contact his restaurant and confirm they don't have the order.
He continues to ask me if I have a problem like I have done anything other than the exact protocol to pick up/cancel a doordash order.
I even sat near the restrooms in the single chair that is sat there for doordash drivers to wait and he tried to claim I was disturbing guests by making a two minute phone call to doordash near the restrooms. The exact spot they had asked me to wait for my order.
I am not surprised because I've spoken with other dashers who have had similar problems with this same man.
Getting into someone's face immediately when I've done nothing but be respectful and try to fix a situation with doordash is so out of line for someone who is a manager and represents bonefish grill.
I live in the area and I will make sure to never go to Bonefish Grill and also tell anyone in the area who wants a restaurant recommendation to never eat here either.
Completely unprofessional and unnecessary!

First this place is too expensive, food is too salty, and prices very difficult to find on line and even when you're there. They bring oil/herbs and bread. The herbs are salty so we asked the wait staff for more oil to dilute the saltiness. She did not ask if we wanted more bread. She then brings another full plate of oil and salty herbs and no additional bread. My fish and chips were very salty. I asked for unseasoned fries and the fries were obviously salted but she said if the fries were salted you could see it. Well we could feel it and taste it. Never backed down. My friend got an overpriced dinner and the waitress said it came with two sides. Never mentions there is quite an upcharge for "premium" sides. His asparagus and broccoli which were "premium" sides almost doubled the cost of the dinner. Then they charge over $12 for one 9 oz house red wine. Bill was off the chart, food not that great, a wait person had a bit of an attitude. We won't be going back. She still got a decent tip.
