Carolyn was good last night. The prime rib that 2 of us ordered was a disappointment. Carolyn did come around and ask if everything was okay so I know she would have sent it back. I don’t send back cuts of meat. The peanuts were a fun touch but don’t throw them on the floor anymore.

I have been eating at Cody’s weekly or more for years and sadly this restaurant has been sold and will close March 17. The owner has struggles with staffing issues she could have managed better. It’s bittersweet to have our little “cheers” crew broken up, but alas time change. It was a perfect place and was not fancy but just right. See you at another. Cody’s sometime. Cody’s Forever.

Sat at the bar during a busy fajita night. Jenn was very busy doing a 2-person job. Service and bar. She has a wonderful demeanor and a beautiful personality. Please let her know that she's a Rockstar! You made our night love.

First time there, would not go back. Waitress had an attitude right off the start. We've never eaten at a Cody's Roadhouse before. She was annoyed with our questions. Ordered a steak well done and it came out red and barely warm, outside was charred. Salad came, waitress didn't ask what kind of dressing we wanted, it was soaked/swimming in a very peppery ranch. Couldn't eat that either. The rolls and baked potato were good. The food was ok, but it might have been nice for the waitress to explain about the restaurant and what/how items are served. We did state that we weren't from the area, and not familiar with the restaurant. Overall an unpleasant dinner. Might have been different with a different waitress.

Very unorganized, unprofessional, mediocre restaurant I've ever eaten at. It started with the hostess saying it would be a wait but couldn't give me any idea how long. Ok, so we decided to wait, which was about an hour. We were seated at our table and got our drinks in a timely manner. Once we ordered our food, it took almost 30 minutes to get our baked french onion soup, which was barely warm. We said something to the waitress about the temp of the soup so she could let the kitchen know. We continued to see tables complaining that their soup was cold. There were lots of tables that needed to be cleaned off, and employees continued to walk past them. Our salad finally arrived at the table, i was able to get one bite in, and our meals were there. I watched the hostess walk around talking to herself and not helping with anything other than her own job. The food was ok at best. Steaks were pretty tuff, and no seasoning. Personally owning a bar/restaurant, this is a very poorly managed restaurant. I believe this is a sad copy of Texas Roadhouse. Don't think i would ever come back if i was in the area again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME. I have been here many times. Always get the Ribeye. This time it was pale in color, thin, shreddy texture and sinewy. Very unevenly done. I sent it back. 2nd one same thing. They didn't even look like Ribeye or taste like it. Sent it back and got a tiny filet mignon...not my favorite cut. By the time I received it, everyone was totally done and waiting. So I took it home. It was almost raw!The service was slow and there was no apology for the bad steak. No manager came out either....This was a birthday bust. Not nice.

We had the worst experience at this location. The first and last time at this one. If I could give 0 stars I would for service. Our server was awful and when we stated our concerns he wanted to argue with us and telling us how wrong we were then while smirking says maybe I will do better the next time. Our food was cold and we waited for a hour while other people that came in after us were getting their food. Definitely will not be back there and I don't recommend it.

The Entire Overall experience was so very disappointing. Our server should not be a server. She delivered a prime rib med well when I ordered a med rare and told me there was nothing she could do. She never checked our table after delivering food. I had to Wave her down, as she stood by doing nothing and talking to other employees, to get her to come to our table. Our drinks were not served before our meal. I sent my prime rib back and ordered nothing more. She had to, again, be waved down to come to check on us so we could settle our bill. I brought my 72 year old Mother and 75 year old Father raving about the great menu and service. I left hungry and very disappointed. Incredibly unsure that I will ever return or recommend this establishment for a nice night out for dinner.UPDATE: My server did NOT offer to bring me a new Prime Rib as I would have loved to have had that option. She did offer a different steak but I only wanted what I ordered. It is sad to read this response from Cody’s, one would think it would have been better informed and more apologetic to the customer.

Wife and I had the bar burger and chicken fried chicken. Burger was good and the Chicken Fried Chicken was ok. The chicken was over cooked and hard.Salad was ok but lacked enough dressing. Bar was crowded and service was slow even though we were there after happy hour!
