Everytime I go in I'm always welcomed by the employees. Especially Mariella and Aaliyah, both are very kind and treat everyone with respect. The ice cream is top notch and they always have a great selection of flavors.

Visiting from Iowa, and we have been to a LOT of Cold Stone Creamery locations. This was our FAVORITE. We were instantly greeted by two of the SWEETEST girls, Maddie & Armetta. Best service and experience I have ever received hands down!l you can tell they love what they do.

I had a rewards deal that was preventing me from using it online. I called the store and the manager said she will not honor it and turned off the promotion because âshe didnt know how to use itâ. So incompetent and rude! Figure it out, it is your responsibility as the manager. Just lost my business.

Came in for a quick treat and was greeted by 2 young girls i didn't get there names the first girl is very nice and always gives me my uber eats orders promptly. The second girl was really nice and had a really cool cross necklace on she made my order perfectly and was extremely respectful! I really enjoyed my experience at this location and will return again in the future I really commended these 2 girls for all there hard work that's why they got a nice Tip. Thanks so much! GOD BLESS YOU!

I like Cold Stone Creameries. Lots of nice inventive ice cream treats. They are a little pricey, but I think they are worth it. Got a few dishes of their standard offerings, and each was delicious.
The interior of this location is not much to look at. We sat outside on a rickety table that wobbled.
I haven't been to Cold Stone in a long time and thought it would be a fun sweet treat for my son today. He had a small which was above the edge of the cup, like I remember but mine, a medium, was significantly below the edge. The man that helped us was nice but confused by my order off of their menu so I thought that maybe he was new. After I paid I double checked that I had the correct serving size and he said that was how it's supposed to be. For $15+ I couldn't help but feel ripped off. It really looked like the same amount my son had just put in a larger dish. I walked outside and took these pictures. There are many other ice cream places and I'm going to keep going to them from now on.

Originally visited and had a bad experience with a new employee who completely messed up my order and spilled my cream, I ended up walking out. I returned yesterday for a second chance and recieved great service, and the ice cream was so freaking amazing. Highly recommend the cake batter ice cream eith extra cake pieces, pie crust, and caramel mixed in. Best ice cream I ever had. Changed my 1 star review to a five star.

Absolutely disgusting and overpriced. The ice cream had zero flavor. The cone was soggy. I could bend it and it not break. Thinking about opening a place across the street and just put are you guys out of business and wonât be very hard.
