Absolutely disgusting and overpriced. The ice cream had zero flavor. The cone was soggy. I could bend it and it not break. Thinking about opening a place across the street and just put are you guys out of business and won’t be very hard.

Stopped in last night for a little ice cream after dinner. Have been here many times before and never had this experience. When we walked in no one welcomed us to Cold Stone. They just stared at us. The person that mixed our ice cream was scary. No words were spoken to us from either person working. If looks could kill I would not be able to write this review. It was the creepiest experience I have ever had.

Grew up having Cold Stone in California and was super excited to try this one out. The people working there were friendly, everything looked clean and best of all the ice cream was just as good as I remember

Constant disappointment at this location, that we stopped going for a long time . However, I really wanted ice cream last night and this was the only place open. Picked up a pint of coffee lovers and a pint of the dough one. As I was eating my coffee lovers ice cream I was telling my husband I thought it tasted different. I had some more bites and decided to stop eating it as the taste that I was getting tasted like a chemical. I’ve Now been up all night with severe stomach pain and throwing up from food poisoning.

Everytime I order through Uber eats I never get the 4 pack ice cream cookie sandwiches and it's pretty annoying!!!

I love this location. It does get super busy on weekends but it’s to be expected since right at the foot of Belleair beach bridge. I try to avoid the peak times, and it is usually no more than 10 minutes in and out. During peak times, expect to wait an hour. The employees are usually very friendly, and they do a great job. This location does seem to have mostly high schoolers working. I’ve been at this location probably 100 times and never had a real issue. They messed up my ice cream once and they made it right/fixed it, which I super appreciate. Grateful for Isaiah, Lily, and the ones who make it a great experience. It’s my favorite ice cream place. Try to avoid peak times, or expect to wait a while.

Ran by teenagers who don’t seem to want to work. Instead of doing their job, they want to flirt with the young boys from school. 25 minutes past the pick up time for the online order we received our ice cream. They also just leave the cash drawl open. I’d recommend going anywhere else unless you want to burn an hour of your time for over priced frozen milk.

Updated: I received a phone call from a very apologetic manager/corporate. Who stated the employee no longer works at this company. Was also offered store credit to fix the original issue. Will update again after the store visit—Very rude customer service at this location. Placed a mobile order for delivery. The order was wrong— I contacted the store and was told the order was not incorrect and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and she hung up on me multiple times following that. Wouldn’t answer the phone any longer— refused to give her name or any of the “six “ other coworkers names that she claimed were working there at 2pm on Tuesday ?
